Why is it that so many people choose to allow their time to simply waste away? I as a Wealth Creator value my time very much and believe in using every second productively no matter what it is that I am doing. Time is one commodity which can not be replaced once it has been wasted and it is for this reason that I believe in using mine while I have it.
By allowing your time to waste away, you are effectively denying yourself a life of abundance which you could be enjoying if you were able to use this time productively. The fact of the matter is that many people have fallen into the habit of letting their time be wasted by a variety of things. Here is a list of 10 time wasters and if you find that these are some of the things which are eating away at your time then my advice to you as a Wealth Creator is that you should seriously consider changing some of these habits.
  1. Television – Television can be very relaxing and enjoyable, but unfortunately in our modern society it has become one of the biggest time wasters of all time. I am not saying that you should never watch television, but try not to let it dictate the schedule of your life by making you plan your day around what time your favorite shows are on. If there are more important things to do which will bring you closer to a life of abundance, then rather give the television a skip.
  1. Telephone calls – Telephones are an essential part of our modern communication strategy, but allowing your time to waste away spending excessive time simply chatting on the phone also robs us of a great deal of time which could have been used more productively. Try to keep calls restricted as to the time you spend on them and avoid taking social calls while you are trying to focus on the project at hand.
  1. Time wasting worry – Worry is another one of our big time wasters, if something is causing you to worry, go after it, make a plan to overcome it and remove the worry factor. Too many people will sit and worry about something to the point that they are unable to concentrate on anything else. I believe you should act in the true spirit of a Wealth Creator and take action so as to be able to remove the worry, this way it will eat up far less of your time.
  2. Essential planning – Much time is wasted because people are not working to a decisive and detailed plan. I teach my Wealth Creators Mentorship students that to become financially free and have a life of abundance, you need to be driven and have definite goals which you need to achieve to receive this life of abundance. Be sure to take the time to make a list of your goals for the day and address them according to their importance. Not having a set daily plan leaves us wasting much of our time trying to figure out what it is that we should actually be doing.
  1. Daydreaming – I am a great believer in having dreams so as to be able to bring them into reality, but when these dreams become daydreams because you are spending so much time dreaming that you forget to take action so as to bring them into reality, then you are wasting time and bringing yourself nothing but illusive dreams as you are breaking the Formula for Riches by not actually putting in the TEM$ so as to bring your dreams into reality. Have dreams but always be sure to take the action which will help to bring them into reality.
  1. Gaming – Now this has got to be one of the time wasters which is beginning to steal more and more of our time and there is an entire subculture allowing their time to be stolen in this way. No, there is nothing wrong with relaxing while playing a video game, but limit this time and do not allow yourself to fall prey to this time waster.
  1. Hobbies – Hobbies are a good thing, that is, until we allow them to get out of hand. There are many people who become obsessed with their hobbies and allow them to affect the time where they should actually have been productive. Schedule times for your hobbies and don’t allow them to interfere with what it is that you need to be doing so as to achieve your goals.
  1. Meetings – Meeting may well be an essential part of business life, but they can also be one of the biggest time wasters around. Very often meetings are held which have little or no effect on our business and are actually simply filled with useless bantering. Try to set time limits to your meetings and make sure that all participants stick to the agenda at hand, this way you will avoid wasting a lot of your time.
  1. Internet surfing – A lot of time is often wasted by people pointlessly surfing the internet. Yes, the internet can be a very powerful business tool, but it is the type of surfing which has no reason or purpose relating to your goals which can quite easily rob you of valuable time.
  1. Commuting – What with the roads getting busier and busier by the day, a lot of our time is wasted in traffic, try to make this time as productive as you possibly can. Try to perhaps do mental planning for your day or address issues and ways to solve them while you are traveling, this way your commuting time will not completely be a waste of time.
You should now be able to realize how easily we allow these types of time waster to have a negative effect on our productivity and by changing a couple of your own habits, you will find that very soon you will have far more time on your hands to concentrate on the things which actually count and will bring you closer to a life of financial freedom and being able to do more of the things that you want to do, rather than have to do.

The Positive Side to Failure

The minute one begins to think about the word ‘failure’ it is very often your natural reaction to think that you are not making the grade and perhaps it is time for you to simply give up or that this failure is final and you have not succeeded and it is over.
However this might be the feeling which many people get, but I am of the belief that it is through failure that we are able to learn and use this growth so as to become stronger and better. You see, by simply applying the Kaizen Principle to our failures we are able to use these failures to make us stronger and wiser.

When one truly goes and looks at the true meaning of the word failure, we find that it is defined as

Failure
  1. A person or thing that is unsuccessful
  2. Nonperformance of something required or expected
  3. An insufficiency
  4. The fact of not reaching the required standard
Now when one looks at these definitions of failure, many will focus simply on the first and truly believe that it is due to their own short comings that they failed, but they neglect to take notice of the other parts of the definition for failure which point out that the failure might be due to other reasons such as nonperformance, insufficiency or not being able to reach a required standard.

Why is it that we always immediately think that this failure is unchangeable? By applying to Formula for Riches we should soon be able to realize that this failure can still be turned into a success if we know how to apply the formula correctly. It might be that you need to invest in yourself a bit more so as to gain more knowledge about what it is you are trying to do, or perhaps, as I often tell my Alchemist Mentoring students, you have not put in the TEM$.

Think for a second about the words of one of the greatest inventors ever, Thomas Edison, he failed numerous times when inventing the light bulb. But did he accept this failure and simply give up? No, his response to failure was “I have not failed. I have just found 10,000 ways that wont work. I am not discouraged, because every wrong attempt discarded is another step forward.”
You see, this is what is required when one wants to become a Wealth Creator, if Edison had simply given up, where would the world be today? Once you are able to adopt this same type of attitude and perseverance you will soon be able to be rid of the negative feelings associated with failure and be able to move forward and truly find the life of abundance and happiness which is every individual’s right so long as they understand how to achieve it.

No one wants to believe that individuals such as Thomas Edison and Henry ford were failures, but on route to their success they too encountered many failures, but due to them having the correct mindset and belief in what they were doing, they were able to turn these failures into success.

Perhaps this statement by Henry Ford will be able to make this fact even more concrete in your mind

“Failure is only the opportunity to begin again more intelligently”

You should now be able to grasp the concept that you only truly fail when you make the decision to give up. Any other failures can be remedied and improved so as to be successes, but when you consciously make the decision to give up, it is then that you have failed.

The minute which you are able to grasp the concept that failure is an event and not your personal limitation, the sooner you will be able to move forward and continue down the road to success. William D. Brown probably said it the best when he said

“Failure is an event, never a person”

There are many such quotes from people who have been very successful in their lives and each of them has experienced failure first hand on their journey to success, the difference was that they grasped the mindset of a Wealth Creator and were willing to accept that their failures were events and not an indication of who they were. They allowed these failures to help guide them in the direction of their success.

Perhaps one of the most famous quotes which is able to express this concept is that of Mickey Rooney when he said

“You always pass failure on your way to success”

It is by adopting this mindset that these people were able to reach their success, their pure determination and belief in their goals was enough to keep them going past their failures and onward to their success. You must understand that their will be times where failures will confront you, but it is at these time which you need to apply the Kaizen Principle and keep pushing forward and improving so as to attain your goals.

There is truly power in failure, use this power to motivate yourself to become the best you can be and soon you too will be able to enjoy the joys and rewards which accompany success.

All of us are aware that the lifestyles which we lead in or modern day society are very often chaotic or hectic and leave us very little time to be able to do the essential planning which is necessary when it comes to the foods we and our families eat, let alone the time which we think it would take so as to be able to prepare these meals.
However the truth of the matter is that the diet which you choose to follow could greatly benefit your performance, health and mindset as well as that of your family. Because we are all so rushed, it has become the norm to stop for fast foods and other such convenience foods, but this is where we are making a potentially fatal mistake, not only in regard of the health of ourselves but that of our family as well.

There are however ways by which you can still eat healthily without having to break your hectic lifestyle too much, although if you have taken the time to understand what it is to be a Wealth Creator and have applied the Formula to Riches to your life, then you would have realized by now that to lead such a chaotic and hectic lifestyle is not actually necessary to ensure your financial freedom.

However if you have not taken the time to invest in yourself and the application of the Formula for Riches, then here are a few tips which might help you to guide yourself and your family back on track so far as healthy eating is concerned.
  • Remove temptations – It is always an easy option to walk into a store with the intent of only buying healthy products, but when you are rushed or tired, it is always the faster and easier solutions which will appeal to you the most.
  • Never purchase foods while you are hungry – By doing this you will avoid the temptation to look for the quick fix and go back down the unhealthy food route again due to the fact that something looks good or is easy to get ready.
  • Find alternatives – Try to substitute fast foods or unhealthy foods which you and your family enjoy with something similar but healthy. For example, substitute rich full cream ice cream with frozen yogurt or leave the crisps and rather consider rice cakes or unflavored popcorn as an alternative.
  • Remove the rubbish – Try to get rid of all the unhealthy foods in your home, if they are not there then they will be far less likely to bother you. Once you are rid of this rubbish in your home, make a point of it not to buy anymore, this way you will be taking a huge stride in the direction of removing temptation from your door.
  • Cook in batches – When you are cooking healthy foods, make a few oversize batches, this way you will be able to freeze that which you do not use for another time, this is just as effective as buying fast foods, but far healthier. It takes the same amount of time and effort to make a small serving or a bulk batch of any food and you will effectively be able to build up a supply of healthy television dinners.
  • Invest in yourself and your health – Take the time to look around for easy, quick and healthy meals which you can prepare for the family. You will be able to find many suggestions in this regard online and many of the meals you will find will be able to be prepared in less than 30 minutes. Steaming is always a great way to go as it is quick, nutritious and can practically be used to prepare any dish.
  • Slow things down – Many people do not realize that it takes the brain about 20 minutes after we are full for our brain to let our bodies know that we have had enough. Effectively slowing your pace of eating down can be of great benefit to your pocket and your health. Take the time to eat at a slower pace so as to be able to enjoy what it is that you are eating and at the same time to avoid overeating.
  • Get the family together and enjoy each others company – Be sure to try and have the entire family eat together, switch off the television and actually enjoy each others company at dinner time, this will not only be good for your health but for the family bonds as well as you will all take this time to remain connected as to what it is that is going on in the other family members lives. At the same time you will be slowing things down and will be able to enjoy the food and each others companionship.
For any of us to perform at our peak, we need to supply our body and mind with the correct fuel, by simply feeding it junk, we are doing no more than poisoning our systems and you will be amazed at the difference it makes when you make the conscious decision to change this and actually feed your system what it needs.

In order to be the best, we need to give our best and this applies to our eating habits as well, if we are not giving our minds and bodies the correct attention and fuel, then they will begin to operate at far less than optimum performance and if you wish to achieve Kaizen Wealth for you and your family then you need to apply the Kaizen Principle and strive for ongoing and constant improvement in all areas of your life, this includes your health, so don’t delay and make the changes you need to lead a healthy and vitality filled life of abundance.

The Power of Passive Income Streams

I have always said to my Alchemist Mentorship Students that to effectively be able to get started down the road to financial freedom, you need passive income streams which are greater than your monthly expenses. Now passive income is income which you are able to generate in the background and not have to spend hours of your time to make, by doing this, you free up a lot more of your time so as to find other ways to generate further income.
So what types of passive income streams does one get? Well there are many, but the two main ones are residual passive incomes and leveraged passive incomes. Now please understand me correctly, you will be needed to put time and effort in initially so as to be able to setup these passive income streams, but once they are established and up and running, they will require very little from your side so as to keep them running.

Let’s have a look at the different types.

Residual Income

Residual income is income which you are gradually able to generate over a period of time and which forms a continuous flow of passive income. Such forms of residual income might include things such as:
  • As I teach my Wealth Creator Mentorship Students, getting a passive income from property which you have bought and are renting out is a very good source of residual passive income so long as you have applied the correct techniques and formulas when you bought the property.
  • As I teach my Build a Web Students, it can be very easy and cost effective to learn how to build your own web page for free and then start selling EBooks or online products from the web page. Far too many people think you need to be a professional or expert to be able to do this, but the truth of the matter is that anybody can do it if they are using the right tools and techniques.
  • If you are good at photography, you might want to consider making some of your photos available as stock images for various companies.
  • Commissions which you earn from your customers when they renew accounts or contracts with you.

All of these are examples of residual income which will be maintainable with minimum effort from your side.

Leverage Income

When it comes to leverage income, it is a bit different as this is income which you generate by getting others to work and effectively create a passive income stream for you. Examples of leverage income include:

  • Building down lines in the multi-level marketing industry which allow you to receive commissions on the sales of the people below you.
  • Franchising your business out to others.
  • Selling eBooks or online products through affiliates.

Here are a couple of ideas which might help you get started to build passive income streams which only take a bit of time and effort to set up, but once they are in place will help you to boost your passive income.

  • Affiliate Programs – Find yourself reputable products or services which allow you to sell them online as an affiliate and promote them on your own site which you can build very quickly, easily and effectively by doing my free Build-a-Web course. You will then be able to receive commissions on sales made by people using your affiliate links.
  • Google Adsense – Google Adsense allows you to do advertising on your website for other sites and once again you receive commission according to the amount of traffic you drive through your advertising on your own site.
  • EBay – eBay is a very popular marketing site and if you are able to find a reliable wholesaler to supply you with a product, you can then set yourself up on eBay as a distributor and earn commissions on your sales while letting the distribution company actually handle all of the time consuming work such as shipping and product handling.
  • CafePress.com – This is a website where if you have your own products which you want to sell allows you to set up your own online shop so as to sell whatever it is which you have to offer. The best part is that your initial setup costs you nothing.

The art of generating passive income streams is one where you put in the initial effort and then allow the passive income stream to begin to generate money for you with the minimum of effort from your side thereafter to sustain it.

Now you might not make millions with your first passive income stream, but if you are able to generate a couple of these passive income streams and they are all generating a little bit, then as the Kaizen Principle states, you will be getting closer to achieving your goals on a constant and ever improving basis and this will make a big difference when you are aiming at financial freedom.

We are all aware that we are busy going through a global economic slump and it is affecting us all in different ways, what with many people being laid off from work, increasing prices and lower returns on investments, most of us are or should be looking for ways to tighten our belts a bit so as to be able to save more.

In my Warriors Against Debt Course I go into very detailed and effective ways of breaking the shackles of debt and how to lead a debt free life, however here are a couple of simple tips which might help you to get started as to reducing your monthly expenses.
  • Work to a Definite Budget – It is essential to always work to a definite and defined budget, by doing so you will be sure to know exactly where you stand financially. Be sure to have an accurate amount as to what your expenses and incomes are down to the last cent when you work out your budget.
  • Settle your main Bills before anything else – Always be sure to pay the essential accounts first such as your bond, water and electricity and any other accounts which you might have which you have to pay in order to be able to survive and keep your roof over your head.
  • Quit the Credit – Stop using your credit card as much as you possibly can, without even sometimes realizing it, you are opening up a downward spiral for your financial situation by simply buying on credit. Rather save up and buy what it is which you want when you can afford it. Credit costs are one of the main money eaters in the modern home.
  • Eat Out Less – We as modern society tend to be caught up by the convenience of the consumer age, as I teach my Wealth Creators Mentors Students, we have been programmed to believe everything should be fast and convenient, well this might be good for the franchise outlets but definitely not for your health or budget. Begin to cook more at home and you will be amazed as to how much you will save.
  • Learn to Unplug – Many of us are unaware that appliances which are turned off and left plugged in still use considerable energy and therefore cost us money for nothing, rather unplug computers, televisions and cell charges when they are not in use and you will definitely see the difference on your energy bill at the end of the month.
  • Lower Your Thermostat Settings – By simply lowering the settings on your household thermostat you will be able to dramatically decrease your energy consumption and still live very comfortably.
  • Shopping Savers – Try to avoid buying more expensive brand names when you are doing your shopping, this will also greatly reduce your grocery expenses. Rather try to do your grocery shopping at the discount stores where prices are usually considerably lower, even if this means you need to go out of your way by a short distance so as to get to the store.

Be sure to make shopping lists of what it is you really need and stick to the lists, also avoid shopping on an empty stomach as this has been proven to lead to unnecessary spending as your shopping is then driven by hunger and not essentials.

Also be sure to make use of any coupons which might be available, the coupon value might not seem much at first but if you have a few and add them all together, you will be amazed at the difference which they can make to your overall bill.

These are but a few but effective ways by which you can go about lowering your expenses on a monthly basis, we are all creatures of habit but when it comes to surviving tough financial times we need to make a concerted mental effort to break these bad spending habits so as to be able to benefit ourselves and our families.

Financial Freedom Through a Prosperous Mindset

Many people will hear what I am about to say and automatically have a response of disbelief. Believe me when I tell you that “Your mindset and ability to believe are pivotal factors which govern how effectively and quickly you will be able to achieve your ultimate financial goals and dreams!”

Many people will hear what I am about to say and automatically have a response of disbelief. Believe me when I tell you that “Your mindset and ability to believe are pivotal factors which govern how effectively and quickly you will be able to achieve your ultimate financial goals and dreams!”

There are many people who have taken the time to read up and learn how to become financially free, but it is the mindset of an action taker which actually supplies a competent driver of the vehicle which will make their dreams a reality.

As we all know, the performance of the vehicle and the power of its engine can be of exceptional power, but unless you have a competent and willing driver who knows how to handle this power, there is no way the vehicle will be able to perform to its full potential.

So now, if you see your mindset and positive attitude as the driver of this vehicle, which they are, then you will begin to realize that there is more than just gathering knowledge involved when it comes to driving your vehicle to your financial freedom, it will also take the spirit and belief of an action taker or Wealth Creator to effectively get this vehicle to the finish line in first place safely.

As I am constantly trying to teach my students of all my courses whether it is Warriors Against Debt, Alchemist Mentorship, Build a Web, Property Pro Investment or any of the many other courses which I have given, the information which you learn and want to apply will be of no use to you unless you are committed to taking action to make this knowledge work for you and unless you have a prosperous and positive mindset you will never have the courage and self assurance you need to become an action taker.

You see the truth of the matter is that there are far more people who are willing to say what it is that they want to do, but the number of people who are actually willing to take action and do these things are shockingly lower and that is why it is the action takers who break the shackles of the norm and excel beyond the other peoples wildest imaginations.

This is why I say, in order to become a Wealth Creator or financially free, you have to have a prosperous and positive mindset which is willing to take the necessary and even more action so as to drive your financial success vehicle to the finish line repeatedly.

Here are a few pointers as to how you can begin to adopt the mindset of an action taker and begin to develop a prosperous and positive mindset so as to be sure that you too can achieve the results you dream about and come closer to becoming an effective and safe driver of your financial investment vehicle and actually achieve your own goals rather than simply be a spectator who watches others achieve theirs.
  • ·         Focus – As I teach my Alchemist Mentorship students, be sure to focus on the most important thing that will have the greatest impact on your being able to get closer to achieving your goals, instead of simply having a “To Do List” full of trivial and easy tasks simply for the reason that you can make a bunch of crosses and say how much you have done for the day, rather begin with the one thing which will really bring you closer to achieving your goal and if you only manage to make one cross on your list for the day, at least it would have been spent doing something which is worthwhile and has brought you closer to your dreams and goals.
  • Set yourself power goals and break them down – By having a very definite and defined end goal, you will have given this power goal substance, the more descriptive and intensely you can see, feel and believe in this goal, the more real it becomes in your subconscious. But be sure to also break it down into a definite plan of action comprised of smaller achievable goals, so that you are able to aim for the sub goals and mark them off on a regular basis so as to keep you motivated and focused on the power goal.
  • Self belief – Ignorance is the owner of lack of self belief! If you have taken the time to invest in yourself by gaining the correct knowledge you need to be able to do something, then there is no reason for you to doubt yourself and the fact that you will succeed. No matter what the obstacle is which is preventing you from believing in yourself, the answer to overcoming it lies within your ability to educate yourself as to how to overcome it and if you know you have chosen the correct form of educating yourself as to overcome the obstacle and it feels right, then there is no reason for you to not believe in yourself.
  • Don’t wait to receive so as to give – If you are going to wait for that big payout before you are willing to give, chances are that payout will never come as you are harboring a negative mindset which tells you that your dreams are not yet a reality and therefore you must hold back. You see the secret also is to be able to see your dreams being a reality before they are so as to bring them into manifestation.
There is an old Indian saying which goes, “Light a fire under a man and he will find the way to avoid burning”, now please do not take this literally, all it is trying to say is that often one needs to first take action (lighting the fire) so as to be able to find a solution to the problem.

By applying a simple and actually very basic principle such as this you will quickly realize that, yes you might not have the available resources now to be able to gain the knowledge you need to invest in yourself and gain the knowledge you need to fuel the vehicle which will drive you to your financial freedom, but sometimes it is necessary to first take action so as to be able to find the solutions to your problems, rather this than simply just allowing time to pass and never moving forward.

One thing you will need to realize if you want to become financially free is that things are not as they may seem, much of what you have been led or programmed to believe is in fact not there to help you towards your own financial freedom, but rather to help the system or corporate world flourish.

In order to be able to truly understand the route you need to follow to financial freedom, you need to break off those shackles which the mainstream way of thinking have put on your mind and begin to follow the Universal Laws which remain constant irrelevant of what the mainstream market may be doing and the only way to do this is to adopt a positive and prosperous mindset which will be driving your vehicle to your financial freedom rather than simply being a hired driver by one of the “corporate” or “mainstream” teams.

Ridding your Home of Arguments and Replacing them with Harmony

It is not a possibility but a fact that when two or more people are sharing the same residence, no matter how they love or respect each other, there will be times when arguments arise. However it is not the fact that there are disagreements which matters but rather the way in which we choose to handle them that matters and makes the difference.

It is not a possibility but a fact that when two or more people are sharing the same residence, no matter how they love or respect each other, there will be times when arguments arise. However it is not the fact that there are disagreements which matters but rather the way in which we choose to handle them that matters and makes the difference.

Is it not strange how far too often people will treat absolute strangers better than they choose to treat their own family members? This is often due to the fact that we simply allow ourselves to think that our loved ones will understand us and accept the way in which we choose to handle arguments, but in reality this is not the case at all and when adopting this attitude, we often hurt the ones we love the most.

I personally choose another route which is that of applying the Kaizen Principle to every aspect of my life including my relationships with my loved ones and home life. I make it my personal quest to be sure that every day I am taking at least one step forward towards making my home life as harmonious and happy as I possibly can and by doing this my personal relationships with my family will continue to improve and strengthen on a daily basis.

When one is seeking a life of abundance in all areas of your life as I teach my Master Key Students, then your wheel of life needs to be balanced and growing on a daily basis in all seven of the areas of your life.

The best way to begin to rid your home of arguments is in fact to begin by avoiding them in the first place and the best way that I know of to avoid arguments in the home is to avoid miscommunication as by doing this you will not be entering into unnecessary disagreements which could possibly have been avoided should you all have been able to understand what the other is saying correctly right from the beginning.

Here are a couple of communication tips which might help you and those you share your home with to avoid misunderstanding which might be leading to arguments:
  • Tone of voice and body language – By simply taking aggression or confrontation out of your tone of voice and body language when you feel strongly about something or do not agree with what is happening or being said will make a great difference when it comes to a simple disagreement and something developing into a full blown argument. Try to be more relaxed and gentle in your approach as much as possible.

  • Keep lines of communication open – Always try to listen effectively to what it is which your other family members are saying and learn to trust one another and give each other the benefit of the doubt, if a family member comes to you and tries to tell you something, let them finish and then support them rather than going off at them if it is something which upsets you personally. At least this way they will know that they can speak to you about anything and the bonds of trust and communication will be far stronger.

  • Keep the disagreements to those concerned – If you and your spouse are having a disagreement, keep it between the two of you as involving the entire family serves no good if it does not concern them and breaks down the moral of the entire family as a unit. I guess what I am saying here is try not to argue in front of the children when the argument does not concern them.
Effective ways to handle arguments when they do occur so that they do the least damage:
  • Take a breather – If you see that the argument is becoming too emotional or heated learn to take a breather by stopping the argument before insults begin to fly which leave long term scars which nobody needs. Stop the argument and agree to talk about it again in a few minutes, but let all parties concerned simply take a few minute to think about what has been said in peace and quiet and regain composure.

  • Accept that you might be wrong sometimes – While taking your breather think about all that has been said, not only what the other person has said, but also what you have said and how you said it, be honest with yourself and be willing to see that you may have been wrong and have said hurtful things in the heat of the moment.

  • Learn to say sorry – Learning to say sorry is very important as it helps to defuse and shorten a lot of unnecessary arguments, if you realize that you might have hurt someone in any way during the argument, be man enough to apologize as this helps to heal the hurt that was caused and helps them and you to be able to forgive and forget.

  • Analyze the argument – Sometimes arguments are not a result of something which you did but rather a sign that the other person is hurting, always try to recognize this aggression for the other emotion which drives aggression being hurt, their lashing out at you might be nothing more than a cry for help.

  • Remember the love – Remember above all that you actually love this person and no matter what the argument is about which you are having, you are together because you love each other and your main goal should not be to win the argument, but rather to get the conflict solved in the most peaceful way you can for it to be a win-win situation for all involved.

  • Forgiveness – When you have resolved the argument, be sure to forgive one another and accept that the problem has been solved and then forget it and move on, bearing grudges and bringing up past arguments will never have a beneficial result on any relationship.
One last thought in this regard is that you hold in your hands the choice whether you will argue or not, if you choose not to argue back and remain calm but still quietly get your point across, you will very often find that the argument will more often than not just die down and fade away.

These are but a few bits of advice as to how you can begin to defuse or decrease the arguments in your home and if applied correctly will have a great effect so as to bringing harmony and happiness into your home. Should you feel you have something to contribute in this regard, please take the time to simply leave a comment in the comment section.

Most of us have heard people saying that you can achieve anything so long as you put your mind to it and this is one principle which I teach to my Master Key students. No matter how big or outrageous your goals and dreams are, if they are approached with the correct mindset, there is absolutely no reason why they should or will not become a reality.

Most of us have heard people saying that you can achieve anything so long as you put your mind to it and this is one principle which I teach to my Master Key students. No matter how big or outrageous your goals and dreams are, if they are approached with the correct mindset, there is absolutely no reason why they should or will not become a reality.

Over the years I have proven over and over again that by simply adopting a Wealth Creators mindset and being willing to take the appropriate action so as to make your dreams and goals a reality, the opportunities which are open to you are endless and a life of abundance awaits all of those willing to commit and take action by implementing the principles of what it is to truly be a Wealth Creator.

Self belief

The first essential step which is needed to be taken so as to begin to acquire a Wealth Creator mindset is for you to begin by focusing on your own self belief. Be sure to not doubt your ability and take constant and definite steps forward towards making your goals a reality.

Be sure to actually understand where it is that you are now and then to make definite and detailed plans as to where it is which you want to be. Setting financial goals as to exactly where it is which you want to be is essential as this will make it easier for you to see exactly where it is which you should be headed and then you must truly believe that you will achieve these goals.

Wealth Creation I believe works hand in hand with what I refer to as the Kaizen Principle which states that one should be aiming for constant and never ending improvement, even if these improvements are not giant leaps forward, so long as you are constantly moving forward, you will eventually reach your goals and dreams.

It is for this reason that every day you should be able to assess just what action you have taken and how it is assisting you in your journey to achieve your goals.

Beginning with nothing

Very often when one sets out on the journey to your financial freedom, you may feel as if you have nothing with which to begin the journey, but if you take the time to look around, you will realize that many of the very prominent financial success figures around the world also started their financial empires with nothing, but it was their Wealth Creators mindset and their absolute drive to succeed which brought them to where they are today.

I dispel may myths such as you need money to make money in my Alchemist Mentoring Program by showing my students exactly how one is actually able to build a very profitable and sustainable business with very little capital outlay. Now this is not a superhuman talent but rather the application of tried and tested systems and formulas which a Wealth Creator uses to be successful.

The power of affirmations

By having a list of personalized and powerful affirmations which you repeat to yourself a couple of times every day, you will have armed yourself with one of the most powerful aspects of a Wealth Creation mindset.

By having such affirmations which are directly linked to what it is which you are aiming to achieve and by using them regularly, you will be keeping your mind effectively focused on what you wish to achieve and the ways which you plan to do it. In this way the mind spends more time trying to figure out ways by which it can help you to achieve these goals.

The more focused and positive these affirmations are the more powerful they become, try to keep them purely positive and very specific for them to be able to have the greatest mental impact and thus effect on helping you to achieve your goals.

Forward focus

Always try to keep a positive focus on the future, be sure not to allow your focus to dwell on the negative results which you might have had in the past, by doing this you will continually remained focused on what it is which you wish to achieve and will continue to move forward towards it.

These are but a few ways which you can use to begin to understand what effect having a Wealth Creators mindset can do to bring you closer to the achievement of your goals and shorten your journey towards financial freedom. One should always bear in mind that the way we allow ourselves to think has a very definite and strong effect on the results which we will achieve.

If there are any bits of information which you would like to share as to how having a positive mindset has helped you to achieve your goals, please be sure to leave a comment.

Budgeting is an essential and actually very easy process for any household but yet the vast majority of people simply neglect doing a monthly budget as it seems like too much work. I personally believe that this is not the case and it is actually that most people are actually afraid of finding out their financial standing by doing a budget.

Budgeting is an essential and actually very easy process for any household but yet the vast majority of people simply neglect doing a monthly budget as it seems like too much work. I personally believe that this is not the case and it is actually that most people are actually afraid of finding out their financial standing by doing a budget.

If more people were doing effective budgeting there would not be such vast amounts of credit being used in the world and the economy would be in a far better position, not to mention the fact that there would be a lot less homes experiencing problems which are caused or related to financial stress.

One of the things which I teach my students Debt Eradication Home Study DVD Course is that you should always be sure to be living in positive cash flow and whether this is for your business or for your home the principle stays exactly the same. If you are not cash flow positive you are definitely heading for disaster.

Now how on earth will you be able to know if you are cash flow positive if you have no budget worked out so as to be aware of your financial situation, simply ignoring the fact that you are getting further and further into debt is not going to make the problem go away and is definitely not going to help you to become financially free.

It is for this reason that I am telling you to take responsibility for your financial position and use the method I will give you now to get started on designing an effective budget right away.
  • Goal setting – Before you even begin to plan your budget, be sure to make a list of your financial goals so as to help motivate you and the family to stick to the budget which you workout so as to be able to achieve these goals. Make these goals available to all in the family to see on a regular basis so that you are all able to stay focused on where it is which you are headed financially.
  • Calculate the household income – Make a list of all the streams of income coming into the home every month and the amounts which each brings in. Remember to include all forms of income, whether they are in the form of salaries, interests earned, investments or even bonuses. Be sure to include every form of income what so ever on the list.
  • Calculate the household expenses – Make an accurate and complete list of every expense which the household has every month and list each expense separately and the amount which is needed to cover it. Remember to include daily expenses as well such as petrol, lunch, toll fees and any of the many other nominal expenses which you might have. Also remember to list your savings account as an expense which needs to be paid on a monthly basis.
  • Do the maths – Now all you need to do is to calculate where it is that you stand financially, add all your incomes together and then all of the expenses. Then subtract the expenses from the income and there before you, you will have the answer to where you stand financially.
  • If you are cash flow positive – If the result which you get shows that you have extra money available, in other words you are cash flow positive, then you can begin to decide how best to use this surplus so as to begin to achieve the goals which you have set for yourself. You might want to use it to pay of outstanding amounts on credit cards far quicker or to invest it so that it can grow.
  • If you are cash flow negative – If your expenses are more than the income then you are in a very financially dangerous position which is known as being cash flow negative. If this is the case it is time for you to start making a couple of difficult but very necessary decisions as to how to remedy the problem.
You might want to consider steps such as scaling down on housing costs and getting a cheaper place to live, getting rid of unnecessary vehicles, stop all spending on credit cards or even just simply eating out less. All of these are difficult decisions but need to be made if you want to avoid an avalanche of debt and get back to being cash flow positive.

In my Debt Eradication Home Study DVD Course I continually emphasize to my students the vital importance of making sure that you remain cash flow positive so as to be successful and be able to achieve your financial goals. The secret to becoming financially free is not to work harder for your money, but to let your money work harder for you.

Many people avoid responsibility for their financial state by allowing themselves to believe myths such as you need money to make money and in fact they allow this to become their excuse for their financial failures. I have however proven that these myths are nothing more than shields or excuses people use when they neglect to take responsibility for the results which they get in life.

Using the Formula for Riches, the Kaizen Principle and my knowledge as a Wealth Creator I have been able to dispel all of these types of myths and prove that there is a definite formula for becoming rich and you do not need vast amounts of money or knowledge to be able to apply this formula.

So my advice is for you to work out your budget immediately and to take responsibility for where you stand financially and start to let your money work for you so that you truly can enjoy the life of abundance which you have always dreamed of. I ask you one thing, would it not be great to take financial stress out of your life and to truly be financially free?

Financial wealth is easy to achieve if you have the correct mindset and understanding of what wealth actually is. If one takes the time to invest in yourself by learning who you are and what exactly it is which you want to achieve financially, then the rest will fall into place.

Financial wealth is easy to achieve if you have the correct mindset and understanding of what wealth actually is. If one takes the time to invest in yourself by learning who you are and what exactly it is which you want to achieve financially, then the rest will fall into place.

The main reason most people do not succeed in becoming financially wealthy is that they are unable to get organized, be motivated or they simply lack the burning desire to be wealthy. The truth of the matter actually boils down to having a Formula for Riches, as I often tell the students on my Wealth Creators Mentoring Course, you have to be able to apply the formula to be successful and you have to learn how to take responsibility for your own actions.

The fact of the matter is that many people will be able to become wealthy within their lives, but the secret is how to remain wealthy. I see wealth in a far more broad aspect than simply a person’s financial status, but let’s be honest, finances are a very important part of our lives. So why not let me give you a few pointers as far as gaining financial wealth is concerned.
  • Always have definite goals in sight – Be sure to know what you are aiming for, the goals which you set for yourself should be absolutely clear and structured so as to give you a definite destination which you wish to achieve.
By knowing what it is which you want to achieve and by making this as real and desirable in your own mind as you possibly can, you will be forming the reason for yourself to begin acting on this desire and force yourself to begin to find ways by which it will be possible for you to achieve it.

As I teach all my Wealth Creators Mentoring students, goal setting is possibly one of the most important steps when it come to achieving the things which you want in life, I then teach them how to apply the Kaizen Principle, which basically is taking things one step at a time in the right direction on a constant basis, to be able to achieve far more than you could have ever dreamed of.

  • Essential organization – Know that you have a very clear and distinct picture of what it is which you want to achieve in your head, it is time to figure out how you will go about achieving it. I always say that a Wealth Creator is an action taker and unless you are willing to take action, you will never succeed.
Begin by writing down ideas as to how you believe you will be able to bring yourself closer to achieving your goal. Don’t worry if the ideas which you have do not make sense to others, just make sure that they make sense to you and that you believe in them. Be sure to be as precise as you possibly can in this regard and be sure to put time lines on all of the ideas which you have.

  • Lights, camera ACTION! – How many successful films would there have been if the lights and camera were there but there was no action? The secret to becoming wealthy in any area of your life is for you to begin to take action.
It does not matter how much goal setting or planning you do, if you do not become an action taker, you will never be wealthy, it is as simple as that. Procrastination or fear of taking action is probably the number one wealth killer. If you have set your goals, done your planning and know where you are going, for goodness sake, get on with the job at hand, become an action taker!

More often than not it is taking that first step forward which is the hardest, but as I show in my Kaizen Wealth Program, it is not the size of the step, but just the first step which gets your momentum going which is difficult for some, thereafter all you need do is make sure that you sustain the momentum and keep going forward on a consistent basis.

Being the action taker is possibly the most important step you will make on your journey towards wealth.

These are but a few of the tips which I have to offer you and believe me there is so much more one is able to learn which will show you that most of the time people try to complicate the journey they need to follow to reach their own success. Let me ask you this, how easy is it for one foot to follow the other? Answer me that and you will be well on the road to riches.
