Why is it that most of us are under the impression that eating out at a restaurant or a fast food place is automatically unhealthy for us? The truth of the matter is that there is no reason for this to be so. Nowadays many people are becoming more and more health conscious, which is a good thing, but they allow this to determine where they eat, which is a bad thing.

Now this may sound like madness but if you take the time to invest in yourself, in other words educate yourself as to how it is possible to enjoy the freedom to eat where you want and not feel guilty about it then you are automatically granting yourself more freedom and still enjoying the luxury of eating out without it having a negative impact on your health.

Here are a couple of pointers to help you to achieve this:
  • Look light - Many restaurants and chain groups are waking up to the need for what is known as a light menu due to the increased demand for healthier foods. Many of these establishments offer slimmer friendly food and once you have tried it you will realize that this part of the menu is just as, if not more, tasty than many of their other menu items.

  • Consider portion sizes – With the tendency of people wanting more for less, many of the restaurants have upsized their portions which subconsciously forces the man on the street to eat more so as not to waste. However, if you know that you will have actually eaten enough by the time you are halfway through your meal, why not ask for the other half of the meal to be placed in a take away container for you to take home with you?

  • Grilled is good – This rule applies at any restaurant but is ever more so applicable when it comes to the fast food outlets. When you are faced with the option of grilled or fried, opt for the grilled as it comes with far fewer calories and cholesterol. Chicken and fish are always good options here and at no taste sacrifice and they are lean on the protein count.

  • Diagnose your drinks – Far too often we are so busy watching our calorie intake when deciding what to eat that we completely forget to spare a thought about what we choose to drink. Soda drinks and alcoholic beverages can be just as jam packed with calories and other negative effects, a good choice here is to go with good old water and know that you are making the healthy choice.

To understand the concept of how looking after our health first can help to make us wealthy, we need to understand the true meaning of the word wealth, it is originally derived from the word weal which means prosperity or well being.

This is a concept which I teach to my Master Key Students so as to help them to understand that one needs wealth in all areas of your life so as to be able to lead a life of abundance, the fact that I believe that we should be aiming for constant and never ending improvement in all seven areas of our lives so as to create a harmony in our existence is the reason why I refer to this as Kaizen Wealth.

So many of us are focused on only improving certain areas of our lives such as our finances that we simply neglect to make sure that we are bringing all the other areas of our lives into harmony with what it is that we are trying to achieve. The Universal Law states that unless we are growing constantly in all areas of our lives, our chances for achieving our full potential are almost impossible.

But why should we put our health first? Think about this for a second, if you are not looking after your health correctly, you will be lacking the strength and energy which you need in order to be able to grow in other areas of your life, the healthier you are the easier it becomes to generate the energy and passion you need in order to make the maximum potential positive changes and efforts you need in other areas of your life so as to achieve your goals.

So what we are doing in reality when we deny ourselves the time to make sure that our bodies and minds are in a healthy condition, is to actually deny ourselves the opportunity to meet our full potential and be the best that we can be. By doing this we will be making our journey to a life of abundance, or Kaizen Wealth far longer or practically impossible.

Once we begin to realize that by putting our health first, we are effectively fueling the vehicle which is responsible for transporting us to financial freedom and a life of well being and abundance with high octane fuel, it becomes ever more apparent that by putting our health first is a great way of improving our wealth in all areas of our lives.

If we are unable to respect and love ourselves, how on earth can we expect anybody else to do so? I will now give you a few simple ways which you can use so as to go about improving your health and bring you closer to finding true wealth.

1.    Start with a check up – Most people who have been neglecting their health have not taken the time to schedule an annual checkup with their doctor. This is a good place to start as the doctor will be able to give you an assessment of your physical condition so that you will be able to know where to begin and what your goals should be.

2.    Make time for an exercise routine which works for you – Many people envision spending hours on end in a gym as the only form of exercise routine, but your exercise routine could be as simple as going for a brisk walk. Not only will you have the benefit of being out in the open and getting fresh air into your lungs, but this is a very effective form of exercise.

3.    Be aware of what it is that you are eating – Many people spare little thought as to what it is which they are feeding their bodies, so long as they are not hungry, what they eat no longer matters. The truth is explained by the old saying of “You are what you eat”, keeping this in mind we will soon realize that many of our eating habits are incorrect.

By reducing your intake of refined sugar and alcohol, you will already be making a huge impact on your health. Try to boost your intake of fruits and vegetables and you will soon begin to see the difference, drink a lot more water and you will realize that you are not so hungry anymore as most of us confuse dehydration with hunger.

4.    Don’t forget the ‘me time’ – Making time to relax and just calm the chaos down will do wonders for your mental state and greatly improve your focus and attention span. It is for this reason that I give my Master Key students mental exercises to do on a daily basis so as to bring about relaxation and a greatly heightened ability to be able to focus on their goals. By simply putting aside 15 minutes a day for me time, you will effectively be improving your productivity and focus on your goals dramatically.

It is only when we get the big picture and realize that all areas of our lives are dependant on one another for growth that we realize that by putting our health first we are actually helping ourselves to grow in all areas of our lives and by not doing this we will never really be able to reach our full potential in other areas of our lives which we might have thought to be more important.

Many people avoid putting in the effort to loose weight and keep in shape as it often conjures up ideas of a gym, weight loss machines or a rigorous workout, for some people, this will result in a very negative reaction as it all sounds like additional work and something which they want to avoid.
Most of the time with our busy schedules, we will make excuses such as, ‘I am too tired’ or ‘I don’t have time’, so as to avoid having to take the necessary action so as to stay in shape. As I teach my Kaizen Wealth students, we really need to achieve harmony in all areas of our lives so as to be able to experience abundance, well being or what I like to refer to as Kaizen Wealth.

Now taking this into consideration, we need to realize that unless we are able to be the best we can be and continually strive to improve on our best, there is no way we will be able to achieve true Kaizen Wealth. Luckily there are ways by which it is possible to make your keeping healthy and in shape fun so as to not allow these negative feelings to get in your way.

Here are 5 ways for you to be able to loose weight while having fun:
  1. Take a social walk – Taking a walk with a friend and using the opportunity to catch up on what it is that has been going on in their lives is a great way to get some exercise. Try to schedule regular brisk walks together and before you know it you will be getting the exercise which you need while enjoying the company of your friend.
  1. Get into gardening – You will be amazed at how much exercise you are able to get by doing regular gardening. The great part is that you are able to see the results of your exercise through the beauty and new life in your garden. This can be a very therapeutic and relaxing form of exercise which can offer great rewards. Gardening is a great form of exercise if done regularly as it exercises muscles which you never even new you had and at the same time enables you to observe the fruits of your labors.
  1. Take part in group sports – By taking part in group sports such as soccer, softball or volleyball, you open up a whole new world to socialize and at the same time you get to have some much needed fun and get to relax and clear your mind of the every day stresses which you might have in life.
  2. Consider dancing – Although this past time is a lot of fun it is also a very effective way for you to go about burning off those extra calories. Dancing gets the blood circulating, muscles moving and at the same time you can enjoy yourself a lot. So sign up for a dance class, find a dance club or simply get dance DVD’s for yourself to dance to at home, no matter what your choice, get dancing and see those pounds disappear.
  1. Take time to play with the family – You will be amazed at how much exercise you can get by simply playing with the family. Take the time to play tag, Frisbee or swim with your family and you will be truly surprised by the difference it can make to your weight and your health. Find fun activities which you all can enjoy such as hiking, biking or climbing and reap the benefits not only for your health but your family bonds as well.
There are absolutely so many fun ways which you could choose to stay in shape and keep the weight off without having to let it become a negative experience for you or your family. Keeping your sell fit physically and mentally is a major part of being a Wealth Creator or experiencing Kaizen Wealth.

So take the time to day to make a conscious decision as to what it is that you want out of life and then become an action taker so as to be able to begin to achieve your goals and dreams. Remember, we all need to take responsibility for our own lives and if you are not taking action so as to be the best you possibly can be, chances are you will never lead a life filled with abundance, harmony and happiness.

How many of us often harbor the intention of living a healthier lifestyle but never take action on these intentions? Or begin to make the necessary changes so as to lead a healthier lifestyle only to see these efforts gradually fade away and we return to our old bad habits?

How many of us often harbor the intention of living a healthier lifestyle but never take action on these intentions? Or begin to make the necessary changes so as to lead a healthier lifestyle only to see these efforts gradually fade away and we return to our old bad habits?

Unfortunately the answer here is not a good one as this is what happens most of the time to most of the people as making these types of lifestyle changes can often be easier said than done and many people simply lack the determination and motivation to see these changes through. The sad part is that many of us really want to make these positive and healthier lifestyle changes but simply do not know how to go about achieving and sustaining them.

To be able to make such mental and physical lifestyle changes which will lead to a healthier and more harmonious life, one needs to be able to have a detailed plan to follow in order for the changes to be effective and sustainable. As I often teach to my Kaizen Wealth students, how can you expect to direct yourself to where it is that you want to be if you don’t even know where it is you are aiming to go?

By setting yourself definite goals and dreams, you will then have a definite and detailed description of where it is that you want to be and will be able to back up this destination with reasons for why you want to be there, this will help to keep you motivated on your journey to your goal.

The next thing you need to do is to apply the Kaizen Principle to your journey which states that you should know where you are going but take it one step at a time on a constant and ever improving basis. So long as you are moving forward constantly, and you know you are going in the right direction and making constant improvements with every step, you will be assured that you will be able to achieve your goal.

But just in case you need a bit of a jumpstart as to what steps you might take to be leading a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle, here are a couple of suggestions which might help you to take that first essential step which will begin your journey.
  • Stress Management
Stress is probably one of the top killers in our modern society as everything has become faster and immediate communication is available in any number of forms, but this is no reason why we should allow stress to have an impact on our wellbeing.

By simply looking for easy and effective ways to manage your stress levels, you will be taking a very large step in the direction of leading a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle. By simply recognizing when your stress levels are beginning to rise and what the reason for this is, you will be able to just sit back and take a deep breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.

This technique has been proven to instantly begin to reduce ones stress levels and have a calming effect. Then focus on what it is which is causing the stress and apply the Kaizen Principle to it by breaking it down into smaller steps and try to focus on the step which you feel will be most effective in assisting you to relieve the stress.

Once you have completed this step, continue to the next one instead of looking at the task at hand in its entirety, by doing this you will effectively reach the goal and have reduced the amount of stress you allow into your life dramatically. As the Kaizen Principle teaches, by taking small but continuous actions you will make the task at hand far more manageable and less stressful.
  • Eat nutritiously and get your exercise
In our modern society we tend to allow excuses such as “I don’t have time to cook” or “I’m too busy for an exercise routine” be the crutch we need to get out of leading a healthy lifestyle, but if you think about it, neglecting your health for these reasons means that you are more concerned with the needs of others than your own as if you are not willing to take the time to look after yourself, you are in effect your own worst enemy.

Now this does not mean that you have to put hours aside so as to be able to live a healthier lifestyle, it just means you need to find other ways to approach what it is which your body requires when it comes to your exercise and eating routines.

By simply opting to take the stairs in place of the elevator or taking 10 minutes to do a stretching routine will already effectively help you to exercise while on the move. Remember any movement you make contributes to your exercise and gets your blood flowing.

When it comes to food, try to avoid fast foods, greasy foods, processed foods and television dinners, all of these are not what you need to eat healthily, rather take the time to pack a healthy meal for yourself to eat at work the following day which will reduce the chances of you simply eating these types of foods.

One should always bear in mind that the healthier your mind and body are the better you will be able to perform and be able to do all these things which keep you so busy the whole time, thus everybody benefits from your better health.
  • Mindset and emotions
Many people forget that your mindset and emotions also constitute a very vital part of leading a healthier and more harmonious lifestyle. If you allow yourself to lead a life where your mind is predominantly occupied with negative thoughts, others around you will pick up on this and so to will you attract negativity into your life.

To have a harmonious lifestyle you need to entertain positive thoughts which are in harmony with the lifestyle which you desire, if you neglect to keep your emotions and thoughts as positive as possible, you will not have the happiness and harmony which you are seeking in your life.

In effect it is essential that you begin to be the gatekeeper of what you allow into your subconscious mind as the subconscious mind is the part of you which brings what you feed it into reality, so if you are allowing constant negative programming to be fed to the subconscious then that it is which it will bring into being. So be vigilant when it comes to the thoughts and emotions which you allow to occupy your mind.
  • Affirmations
As I teach both my Alchemist Mentoring - and Master Key Students positive affirmations should become part of your daily routine as they truly have the power to bring about positive change in your life. They are also very effective in helping you to maintain a positive mindset.

Affirmations are very powerful tools when it comes to telling your subconscious mind what it is which you wish to achieve, so if you are trying to quit smoking an affirmation such as “I only allow natural oxygen into my lungs as it is good for me and those around me” would work very well.

By using these types of affirmations on a regular basis, you will soon find that the effect which they have on both your mindset and self motivation are truly incredible.

What with the consumer age upon us is it that more and more people are seeing keeping in shape as a chore? There is no reason why staying fit should not be fun but most of us end up neglecting staying in shape because we use excuses like it is time consuming or boring. The truth is that this is simply our way of making excuses and neglecting our health as it is easy to make staying in shape fun.

After a hard day at the office the last thing most of us want to do is follow a vigorous training program so as to stay fit and will do anything to just get home and flop down in front of the television. What we are forgetting here is that your state of health is just as important as all of the other areas of your life and allowing oneself to get out of shape will have a negative impact on all of these areas as well.

As I explain to my students on my Master Key Program, you have seven areas in your life, being:
  • Spiritual
  • Mental
  • Physical
  • Financial
  • Vocational
  • Family
  • Social
The fact of the matter is that when you do not have all of these seven areas of your life working in harmony and complimenting one another, you will automatically cause an imbalance which will have negative effects on all of the other areas of your life.

So keeping oneself in shape is essential for a life of well being and abundance. Maybe you just need to find ways of making your exercise fun so that it does not seem like a chore to do. Here are a couple of fun ways by which you can begin to get the exercise which you need without even realizing that you are actually exercising.
  • Get out and about – Try to go for a ride on a bicycle, rollerblades and skateboard or even simply on your feet, but get out a bit. Try to do this on a daily basis and enjoy the fresh air and scenery around you. Take this time to relax and just enjoy the time outside, simply by doing this you will be improving your circulation and exercising your body at the same time.

  • Skipping – Skipping rope is great exercise and can be a lot of fun and very invigorating. Doing this will not take a lot of your time but will burn a lot of calories and once again get the circulation in your body going very quickly.

  • Get into the garden – Not only is this a very relaxing and therapeutic past time but while you are gardening you are focusing more on the plants and what you are doing and don’t even realize that you are actually doing a very effective workout. The other great side to it is that you get to see the product of your work begin to grow and flourish before you.

  • Dance yourself into shape – Dancing is a very fun and effective way for you to get into shape, you might want to sign up for a dance class or just let go in the comfort of your own home, but when you are dancing, you are moving and this is a great form of exercise.

  • Go for a swim – Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise which there are and by this I do not mean you should get in the pool and do rigorous lap routines, just enjoy a swim and having fun in the pool, while you are doing this you will be exercising almost every muscle group in the body without even realizing it.

  • Play hula hoop – By trying to master the hula hoop on every part of your body you will be giving yourself a very good workout while still having fun, let the child in you out and just enjoy a good hula hoop session.
These are but a few suggestions of ways by which you can make getting in shape fun and do the exercise which you need without even realizing it. Remember one thing, your health is one of the most important things in your life and by neglecting your health you will be depriving all of the other areas of your life of a vital component which they all need called energy.

It is always easier to get yourself to do something when you consider it to be fun, so try to make staying in shape a fun part of your daily routine. By reading these ideas you will automatically be able to see potential other ways which might be fun for you to stay in shape and if you would like to perhaps let me know of a few of them, I would really appreciate it.

The majority of people see dieting as a way to loose weight, but very often they do it in a way which can be very detrimental to their overall health. Many crash diets and quick fixes when it comes to dieting actually have a very negative effect on your overall health and the effects are often short lived.

The majority of people see dieting as a way to loose weight, but very often they do it in a way which can be very detrimental to their overall health. Many crash diets and quick fixes when it comes to dieting actually have a very negative effect on your overall health and the effects are often short lived

If you are concerned by your weight and are looking for ways to shed a couple of pounds and feel better about yourself, it is a good thing. But when you do this by starving your body of essential nutrients or by taking all sorts of sometimes dangerous diet mixtures then you are very likely to suffer from the negative effects.

Dieting need not be an over night thing, but should rather become part of a healthier lifestyle, this way the effects which you achieve will be sustainable and far longer lasting. Now this does not mean that you have to suddenly make a whole lot of drastic changes, rather phase the changes in gradually so as to be able to reap maximum rewards.

Here are a few tips which might get you started down the road to a slimmer and healthier lifestyle.
  • Keep it natural – Try to incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as you can into your daily eating. Consider having fruit for breakfast and try to eat salads which are packed with raw natural goodness more often. Substitute your snacks with fruit or vegetables and you will be amazed at the difference.

  • Go grain – Try to stick to whole grain products rather than opting for those made of refined grain, in other words, substitute your white bread with whole grain bread. Whole grain products have far higher nutrition content and contain far more fiber than the refined grain products which means they are far better for the digestive system.

  • Find the balance – To make your diet sustainable and healthy, you will need to be sure that it is properly balanced. Educate yourself to the essential food groups and try to include each of them in proportion in your meal, many diets encourage you to cut out certain of the food groups, but this is not healthy for you and will end up having a negative effect on your health in the long run. Rather find things which you like from all of the essential food groups and include them in your daily diet.

  • Seductive soda – Try not to be seduced by carbonated soft drinks as they can be addictive and even those which carry the zero calorie labels can be very bad for your health. The sugar or sugar like taste in the diet versions, mislead your body into thinking it is getting sugar and will result in further sugar cravings and we all know what that leads to.

  • Limit the luxuries – Sweets, caffeine and alcohol should be kept on a tight leash as they all can have very detrimental effects on your overall health. Limiting yourself to one cup of coffee per day is fine, even less if you can. Try to limit your sweet intake to special occasions as they really are pound packers. Alcohol can also be enjoyed in moderation, say for instance a glass of wine in the evening, but more than that will definitely have an impact on your health.

  • Wonderful water – Water is the one thing which you can have as much of as you like, in fact, the more the better. Your body craves and needs water to function correctly and far too many of us confuse being thirsty and being hungry. More often than not you might feel hungry but in fact it is a cry from your body for hydration, so try to drink as much water as possible, the great part is that water carries no calories.

  • Allow for breathers – Allow yourself the occasional breather so as to reward yourself, now by this I am not talking about binging, but if there is a special occasion it is alright to take a break and enjoy the occasion, just be sure that you do not allow your diet to become an obsession as this can also have negative results. It is not necessarily your weight which is important but rather your state of health. If you are living a healthy lifestyle then your weight will automatically be corrected.
Lifestyle changes can sometimes prove to be difficult to make, but as I teach the students on my Master Key Program, the reason for this is that these changes force you out of your comfort zone. I personally think this is fantastic as when you are out of your comfort zone, you are learning, and when you are learning, you are moving forward. Isn’t that amazing?

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to be constantly moving in a positive direction? Try getting out of your comfort zone for a while and feel the amazing effects which it can have on your life.

I would like to leave you with a question. If we are unable to respect our own bodies and minds, how can we expect others to? Please let me know what you think or if there is anything else which you would like to share

Tips for Loosing Weight

Far too many of us fall victim to the trend of ‘crash diets’ and this often results in us believing that dieting is difficult or that there is no point to dieting as you regain the weight faster than you lost it during the course of the diet.

Far too many of us fall victim to the trend of ‘crash diets’ and this often results in us believing that dieting is difficult or that there is no point to dieting as you regain the weight faster than you lost it during the course of the diet.

Most people who are looking to loose weight try every diet under the sun but as soon as they leave the diet they begin to regain the weight, the reason for this is that dieting is not a quick fix and any of these quick fix diets which are available are simply not effective as they do not have a permanent effect.

The only way for you to loose weight so that the effects are permanent is to make gradual lifestyle changes and dietary changes in your life and to apply them on a daily basis. Just remember that no matter how small the steps are which you take at first, they will bring you closer to achieving your goal one step at a time and in a consistent manner which is far more sustainable than taking giant leaps for short periods of time.

This is exactly the same principle which I teach to my students who are on the Kaizen-Wealth Program, as this concept is applicable to every single area of our lives. By gradually making small but consistent changes we are able to achieve results which are far greater than our original dreams and when it comes to weight loss this principle is exceptionally effective.

The only way to achieve effective weight loss and to be able to maintain it is by using this principle (Kaizen Principle) where you gradually introduce changes to your lifestyle on a consistent basis which will help you to achieve your goal.

Now many of you might be thinking “But this sounds as if it could be tough!” well this need not be the case. Often the hardest part is to get yourself to take that first step, thereafter the next step often comes as if by second nature and you begin to move forward one step at a time, but at least you are advancing towards your goal.

By advancing gradually in this way, one is able to avoid shocking your system with instant major changes and you are able to introduce the changes gradually and the body will be more willing to accept them. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that you will need to leave all the things which you love to eat behind, but rather change the way in which you go about it.

Here are a few tips which might help you to get started down the road to a leaner and healthier you:

1.    Walk more – Many people find it difficult to follow a regular exercise routine, especially when they are not used to regular exercise, well walking is the answer. Although walking does not always feel as if it is a strenuous exercise, it is one of the healthiest past times you could possibly indulge in.

The great part is that by simply parking further away from the shopping center, taking the stairs or having an afternoon chat while walking with your neighbor you will already be making an enormous difference to your exercise quota. Walking is one of the easiest ways to begin to get back into shape as it does not feel like routine exercise.

2.    Cut down on fats – When selecting which milk to buy, select either low fat or skimmed milk. This way you are still getting the nutrition which your body requires from milk but without all of the fatty content which is of no benefit to you.

3.    Water the wonder drink – Far too many people see soda as a form of hydration, when in fact it does very little to hydrate the body and even less as a cleansing source. The fact of the matter is that the majority of the world’s population drinks far too little water. You should try to get at least 2 liters of water in per day in its pure form. Soda is the number one offender when it comes to effective weight loss. Water is far more effective as it cleanses the body and carries essential vitamins and so forth to different parts of the body. The great thing is that it carries no calories.

4.    Portion your portions – We all seem to think that more is better as this is the mentality which the media and corporate worlds like to feed to us, but their motives are not in our best interest but rather those of their financial standings.

We have been so programmed to believe that a bigger portion is equal to better value for your money, but what about your health? By simply dividing your portions into smaller portions, you will still get the nutrient value which you need but be able to limit the amount you consume.

Try to start your meals with a glass of water, try to be sure that half of your portion is vegetables, a quarter protein and a quarter carbohydrates.

5.    Desserts are a treat – Try to limit your dessert intake to special occasions, by doing this you will greatly reduce your intake of calories and it will also be good for your sugar levels. If you want to snack, rather keep healthy snacks in the house so as to avoid these types of temptations.

By applying the Kaizen Principle of small but consistent improvement you will find that by introducing strategies such as these on a consistent basis into your lifestyle, you will be able to achieve your weight loss goals more consistently and in a way which will have permanent results. Is our health not more important than our effort after all?

Eating Out but Staying Healthy

Why is it that most of us are under the impression that eating out at a restaurant or a fast food place is automatically unhealthy for us? The truth of the matter is that there is no reason for this to be so. Nowadays many people are becoming more and more health conscious, which is a good thing, but they allow this to determine where they eat, which is a bad thing.

  • Starter surprise – Have you ever considered ordering a starter as your main course and if it is not enough, perhaps another? This way you do not feel obligated to eat a full portion meal and many times the starters are the most tasty items on the menu.

  • Speculating sauces – Always put a bit of thought into the type of sauce which you choose to go with your meal. Cream based sauces come with far more calories so why not choose something tomato or herb based instead. The same principle applies to soups.

  • Think fruit and vegetables – Instead of chips, why not opt for steamed vegetables when you can and you may want to opt for a fresh fruit salad if you are considering a dessert.

  • Salad saviors – Most restaurants and many of the fast food outlets have taken to having the salad option on their menus nowadays and these portions are normally large enough to fill even serious hungry stomachs but when going for this option try to get your salad dressing served on the side, this way you are responsible for the amount you choose to use and the calories which you add to your meal. Try to stay away from the creamy dressings as they are full of calories.
There is no reason why one should not be able to enjoy the ambiance of eating out, so long as you apply the same eating habits as what you would should you be eating at home, the answer truly is simple, everything is open to you in life so long as you are willing to take responsibility for your own actions.

This is a principle which I promote very seriously, in fact it is part of both my Mentoring Program and Kaizen Wealth as it is applicable to every aspect of ones life and that is probably why it is such an intricate part of my life as a Wealth Creator.

Why don’t you share some of your tips, in the comment section bellow, on how to eat out and stay healthy with the rest of the wealth creators?
