Visualization a Useful Tool to Create a Life of Abundance

Having a life filled with abundance and wellbeing is surely a goal which we all share and one very effective tool which we all have at our disposal is that of visualization. Visualization truly has the ability, if used correctly, to bring about the changes in your life which you desire. The secret though is to do it properly and with intent.

Now the next question might be what is visualization? Visualization is the art of being able to still your mind and ocus only on that which it is which you might want to achieve, one could say your goals. However many people confuse simple daydreaming with visualization, this is however not the case as visualization is daydreaming with intent, belief and energy.

To be able to use visualization effectively, you need to realize that your main aim is to be able to portray the image of your desires or rather goals in an effective way to the subconscious mind. As my Master Key Students have learned, there are a few very effective ways to access the subconscious mind such as those I provide them with in the form of the daily mental exercises which they receive with the course, however, if you want to have an effect on the subconscious, you need to fill your thoughts with intent and energy.

By simply sitting around dreaming of the things you would like to achieve, chances are that you will not get very far as you need to become an action taker and fill these dreams with intent and energy.

There are many ways to access the subconscious mind such as Powermorphing, meditation or visualization to name but a few. I believe that the most effective by far with the best results is Powermorphing, but if you have not yet taken the time to invest in yourself so as to learn this technique, here is a guide as to how you might be able to use visualization to achieve a life of abundance and happiness.

1.    Find a quiet place where you will be undisturbed while you are practicing your visualization techniques.

2.    Begin by simply closing your eyes and relaxing, then begin to take a couple of deep breathes to assist in slowing down your heart rate and effectively relaxing you. Try to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, making the breathes as deep as possible so as to have the desired relaxing effect

3.    Now you need to start to build a clear mental image in your mind of what it is you want to achieve and make sure to begin adding as much detail to the image in your mind as possible. Try to be able to feel, smell and see everything which you are aiming for already as being done and accomplished. Be sure to see all that which you are striving for as already have being accomplished.

4.    Practice this type of visualization at least twice a day, the energy and power behind visualization lays within repetition, the more you are able to reinforce your visualization, the stronger it becomes. Apply the Kaizen Principle and try to add more detail and emotion to your visualization every time you do it.

The main thing with this type of visualization is for you to become aware of when negativity is beginning to take over your mindset and to effectively stop this negativity and replace it with the image of your visualization so as to bring yourself back into a positive mindset.

The other important factor is to never doubt the reality of the visualization which you have created, believe with all of your might that this which you are picturing in you mind is a reality, add emotion, put in energy and never doubt.

Allow yourself sufficient time for these exercises as rushing through them will bring you nowhere. Take the time and energy so as to make them as real as possible as this will have the desired effect on your subconscious mind so that it will find ways to be able to manifest that which you are focusing on.

The ways in which your subconscious chooses to bring these visualizations into manifestation might not be in the way you expect. For instance, if you are seeking to have lots of money, you might expect to win the lottery, but this will very seldom be the case as it is not a sustainable solution. Rather be sure to be aware of potential other streams of income which might cross your path as the way our subconscious chooses to manifest our goals and desires is not always what we expect.

Another thing is not to expect overnight results, the Law of Attraction works in harmony with all the other Universal Laws and for this reason, you will be confronted with the solution and results to your goals and desires as these Laws see fit. However do not be despondent as these laws are consistent and will yield the results you desire so long as you are able to work according to their needs.

Visualization is a very powerful tool, but to use it effectively you need to be consistent and trusting. Without these two inputs from your side, you will slow the response time down considerably. Begin to live your goals and dreams now on a daily basis and you will be able to pick the fruits of your labor sooner than you think.

Self Discipline, Effectively Being in Control of Yourself

One of the biggest investments which you can make in yourself is that of teaching yourself self discipline. If you have a good self discipline, you will find that you are able to get things done far more efficiently and with far greater effect.

This is one of the concepts which I teach my students on the Kaizen Wealth Program very early on in the program as it is on this one fundamental ability to say “No” to yourself at the correct time that many success stories find their foundation. If you are able to determine what is detrimental to the greater good of yourself and those around you and go against it effectively by saying “No” to yourself, you will be taking a big step in the direction of a life of abundance and happiness.

The moment you are able to allow your own self disciple to work for you, the sooner you will start to become stronger, wiser and more efficient in everything which you choose to do. There are many benefits to making a concerted effort to become more self disciplined and some of them include:
  • You get more done – When one is self disciplined, you will be more effective at recognizing what is most important and giving it your primary focus, as I always teach my Wealth Creators Mentorship Students, disciple yourself into making a list of the most important things which you can do for the day so as to be able to realize your goals and focus your attention on them one by one in order of importance. This way, even if you only get one thing done for the day, at least you will know that it is the one thing which will have the greatest effect on helping you to achieve your goal.
  • You achieve goals and realize dreams easier – The realization of the goals and dreams which we have very often depends on us to put in extra effort, time, money or energy and a good self discipline helps us to stay on track as far as achieving these goals and dreams is concerned and often helps to keep us motivated and stops us from straying off the path to our dreams.
  • Improved focus – When one develops a better self discipline, it becomes easier for you to be able to remain focused on the important tasks at hand and to be able to give them your undivided attention without letting the smaller things around you steal and diminish your focus. The more focused you are, the easier it becomes for you to achieve the smaller but significant steps forward which will lead you to the attainment of your goals and dreams.
The sad part about it is that many people do not realize that their inability to become more self disciplined is not the fault of anyone else, but of their own subconscious mind, you see in the consumer age we have all become so used to allowing outside stimulations such as advertising, the media, the schooling system and any host of other outside influences to be the feeder of our subconscious and we have lost the ability to be the gatekeeper of our own minds.

It is for this reason that I went about developing products and courses such as the Kaizen Wealth Course, the Alchemist Mentorship Course, and Warriors against Debt. All of these courses teach the student that you have to be able to prioritize, focus and be very careful as to what you allow into your subconscious as this is the gateway to your great inner power and a life of abundance, if you allow it to be used as a dumping ground, then truly all it will yield will be trash.

When it comes to developing a decent level of self discipline, you need to once again be able to clean out the subconscious mind and replace all the trash you have allowed in over the years with only that which you feel will effectively be able to bring you closer to achieving your goals or dreams which will lead to a life of all round abundance and harmony.

The one main aspect to being able to develop very good self discipline is for you to realize that when you make a commitment to others, you need to keep it but when you make a commitment to yourself, you need to guard it with your life.

You effectively need to be able to respect every part of yourself and your being so as to have effective self discipline here are a few things which you may want to take to heart when trying to do so:
  • Respect your body – You need to be able to develop a keen sense as to what it is which your body is trying to tell you, it was created in a way which is far more intricate than most people seem to think and is constantly sending out signals to you when it feels something is not right. Consider using meditation or mental exercises such as those I provide my students on the Master Key Course so as to understand and pick up on these signals on a daily basis.
  • Invest in yourself – Take every opportunity to be sure to invest in yourself by constantly striving to fill your mind with positive and engaging information, at every possible stage try to keep negativity from entering into your mindset be it through the media, those around you, advertising or any other medium which is responsible for such negative programming.
  • Respect your health – Sayings such as a healthy mind and body did not come into being for no reason. The healthier your body is, the better the flow of energy and the energy is what feeds the mind and your overall energy levels which you need to be as productive and efficient as possible, it is essential for you to pay attention to eating healthy and getting the exercise which you need. Use this new found self discipline to get rid of negative and harmful habits such as overindulgence in caffeine, alcohol, fast foods and smoking.
  • Respect your time – Apply self discipline as to how you choose to use your time, time is a very precious commodity and once it has passed, it has passed and there is no getting it back. So be sure to be disciplined to allow time to feed all the needs of the different areas of your life and to use this time to the best possible effect that you can whether it be family time, work time or alone time, just be sure to make the most of every second and to be as effective as you can in the time allowed to each area of your life.
As you now well can see, no matter what your goals or dreams are, you will hardly ever reach them if you are not self disciplined in the ways you choose to go about achieving them. Self disciple is a vital tool no matter what it is you are trying to achieve.

So many people allow the pain which they have been caused in the past to negatively affect their future and quality of life, although this might seem very common place it is actually a very real and disempowering emotion. Learning to overcome and move on is vital to us all and very important to me as a Wealth Creator.

We need to understand that pain, although essential in some scenarios, can actually be a very negative emotion for us to carry around for extended periods of time and even more so if you consider that it is usually accompanied by another bunch of negative emotions such as anger, hatred, self blame, depression and any number of others.

Deep down we all desire to be happy and contempt in our lives, but this is likely to become more and more difficult as we allow ourselves to exist with ever increasing amounts of pain and resentment building up within us. This is why I am going to give you a couple of suggestions as to how you might go about getting over this pain and freeing you to move on and continue to grow in your life.

Here are a few tips:
  • Recognize your pain or its cause – In order to overcome something, firstly we need to clearly understand what it is so that we then can find ways to overcome it. You will naturally be able to know that something is causing you pain, but the secret lies in the ability to accurately recognize what it is that is causing the pain so as to be able to deal with it.
Many people will begin by blaming any number of other people for their pain, however the truth is that your pain is only yours and it is you who chooses to harbor it. By finding the correct cause for your pain and not the individual you think is causing it, you will soon realize that you need not point a finger of blame in order to be free of it, but rather that you can elect to not allow it any further power over you and your life.
  • Vocalize your pain – Very often the people who we think have caused us this pain are no longer around in our lives for us to be able to tell them what we are feeling and very often even if they are, we choose not to say anything and rather choose to bottle all these mixed emotions up inside us.
This however is no good for you as just like anything else negative which we choose to allow into our lives, it begins to grow and actually manifest within our lives. It is far better to speak to someone you can trust or a therapist so as to actually be able to vocalize your pain and who knows, maybe they will have a bit of insight for you which will help you to overcome your pain. Regardless, no matter if they have words of wisdom for you or not, it is proven that it is always healthier and therapeutic to get things out in the open.
  • Confront your pain – This is very often difficult to do as many people fear their pain and do not know how to effectively deal with it. What you need to do is recognize the fact that it is your pain and therefore you decide how much power you will allow it over your mind and life.
The best way to do this is to apply the Kaizen Principle to your pain and strive to get better and better at overcoming it on a daily basis. Once you know what is causing the pain, make peace with it and slowly push it out of your life on a constant basis, realize that you are the master of your emotions and that your pain is only as powerful as you allow it to be.

Write down what it is that is causing your pain and then read over what you have written at a latter stage with the intent to find the solution as to how to overcome it in mind, this might sound really stupid but trust me it works.
  • Learn the art of forgiveness – The moment you make the conscious decision to forgive whatever it is which might be causing your pain, you will have won half the battle already. So long as you cling to the pain and its causes by looking for those to blame and ways to get even or feel that they have paid there dues, all you are effectively doing is hurting yourself even further.
True freedom of your pain will only come once you make a conscious decision to forgive whatever or whoever caused the pain as then it becomes their burden to bear and you are no longer sharing it with them. The sooner you learn how to truly forgive, the sooner you will be free of the negative effects which you are allowing this pain to have in your life.

All of us are exposed to pain throughout our lives, how we choose to deal with it is our own choice and a very important one at that. Either you can choose to carry this pain with you and allow its negativity to affect your entire life, or you can make peace with it and set it free so that it no longer has a hold or control over you.

Kaizen Wealth is about experiencing abundance and harmony in all areas of our lives and constantly growing and improving so as to reach our full potential. Emotions such as pain and anger only bring with them negativity which leads to substandard results, so free yourself from your pain today and you will be amazed at how much better things will begin to go in your life.

How to Create Powerful and Effective Affirmations

Posted by Hannes Dreyer

Dr Hannes Dreyer is one of the world's leading authorities in Wealth Creation. A

When one begins the journey towards being a Wealth Creator it is essential that you understand the power and effect which positive affirmations will have on your journey. Affirmations are a very powerful tool which enables you to eliminate negativity out of your mindset and program your subconscious mind as to what your goal is and what you want to achieve.

Affirmations are in effect positive statements which you have specially designed to instruct your subconscious as to what it is you want to achieve and you repeat these affirmations to yourself on a regular basis as the subconscious mind is very susceptible to repetition.

As the students of my Master Key Course are taught, many of us tend to suffer from inappropriate or negative programming which our subconscious has been subjected to and if we do not actively take action so as to change this programming, the effects which we achieve will always remain the same at the end.

To actively be able to improve on the results which we are able to achieve requires us to effectively reprogram some of the negative responses of our subconscious mind to certain things. You see a lot of the way we act, think and respond is due to the programming which our subconscious received in our formative years and may no longer be appropriate in our current situation.

Very often it is this negative programming which holds us back and prevents us from achieving our goals in life and leading a life of abundance. My Alchemist Mentorship students are taught to realize this and break out of this prison in their own minds only to discover that there is so much more which they are able to achieve as soon as they are free of this negative thought process.

So how does one go about actually creating your own powerful and effective affirmations? Well here are a few tips to get you going so that you too will be able to create effective affirmations which will help you to positively program your subconscious mind and bring you closer to the realization of a life of abundance and achieving your dreams.

Creating effective and powerful affirmations:
  • Affirmations must be in the present – Always be sure that the affirmation you are using is in the present tense as your subconscious mind only acts on immediate instructions. So telling your subconscious something like “I will give up smoking” does not limit the subconscious to a timeline. However by saying “I only allow healthy natural air into my lungs for the betterment of my health”, you are now in the present tense and the subconscious is able to understand this as an instruction for immediate effect.

  • Affirmations must be positive statements – If you say something such as “I must stop eating junk foods” in your affirmations, the subconscious will get confused and possibly determine this affirmation as to be saying “I eat junk foods” which would be the last thing you want to happen. So be sure to pack your affirmation with positive statements and rather use something such as “I choose healthy snacks when I am hungry”, by doing this there is no confusion and the subconscious knows what effect you desire.

  • Affirmations are always in the first person – The subconscious is not going to take much attention of any affirmation which is not stated in the first person. So a statement like “You must give up smoking” will have little effect on the subconscious, where as one such as “I choose only to allow fresh, natural air to enter my lungs” would be far more effective.
These are the basic but effective principles which will guide you to being able to design your own powerful and effective affirmations so as to be able to realize your goals and dreams. Positive affirmations are a very vital key to unlocking the door to becoming a true Wealth Creator and achieving a life filled with abundance and success.

To use these affirmations is easy, all you need do is write them down if you like and then repeat them at the beginning of your day and at regular intervals throughout the rest of the day. You will be amazed at the effect it will have on your life if you make it part of your daily routine.

However always be sure to be in a positive mindset when you use your affirmations as by doing so you will add power to them as they are being said while you are feeling positive and will therefore have a greater impact on your subconscious mind.

Why not try this for a period of time and feel free to let me know in the comments section what effect the power of positive affirmations has had on your life and perhaps what a few of the affirmations which you found to be effective were. In this way we are all able to share information and by doing so will make our world a better place for ourselves and all of those around us.

If you wish you might want to apply the Kaizen Principle to your affirmations and be sure that the effect which you are experiencing through the use of your affirmations will get better and better every day on a constant basis. I believe we are all entitled to a life of abundance and this is my wish for you. So take action and bring about the changes in your life which will be most beneficial for you.

9 Ways to make the Law of Attraction Work for You

The Law of Attraction is a universal law and is unchanging, thus the results which it delivers will remain constant thus the more you put in to make it work for you, the greater the reward will be for your efforts. This is one of the principles which I teach my Master Key students as I take them down the road to discovering a life of abundance.

The Law of Attraction is a universal law and is unchanging, thus the results which it delivers will remain constant thus the more you put in to make it work for you, the greater the reward will be for your efforts. This is one of the principles which I teach my Master Key students as I take them down the road to discovering a life of abundance.

The Law of Attraction holds within it great power if you simply understand how to use it effectively and correctly to help you bring about the changes in your life which you would like to achieve. This is why it is essential that one understands the importance of your true beliefs and the other secret is to truly get to know who you are and where it is that you want to be.

It is a proven fact that if you entertain positive thoughts you will achieve positive results, however this is sometimes easier said than done as negativity has a way of still creeping into our mindset without us even realizing it. So the secret here is to be able to find ways to prevent this from happening so as to be able to achieve positive results in all areas of our lives.

Here are 9 ways for you to begin to harness the power of the Law of Attraction so that you will be able to speed up and magnify the results which it is able to produce in your life so that you too can live a life of abundance or as I like to call it a life full of Kaizen Wealth.

1.    Positive thinking – It goes without saying that you will need to try and keep your thoughts as positive as possible at all time, do regular checks on the thoughts which you are entertaining and wherever you can correct those with negative connotations so as to make them positive. A good way to help you achieve this is what is known as self talk or affirmations, create a list of positive affirmations and repeat them mentally continually throughout the day, this will help your mind to focus more on the positive.

2.    Put emotion into your dreams and goals – Be sure to maximize the emotion which you put into the visualization of the goals or dreams you want to attract, remember if you do this in a scaled down way you will achieve substandard results. Be sure to put a lot of energy and emotion into seeing this goal or dream realized and even how you will feel once it has. The more emotion you can put into this process, the more your subconscious mind will do all it can to bring it into being.

3.    Clarity creates – This is something which I emphasize a lot to my Wealth Creators students, the clearer you are able to become about exactly what it is that you are aiming to achieve and the more detail you are able to add to the makeup of your goals, the faster and more effectively your subconscious mind will use the Universal Law of Attraction to bring it into being, so at all times, try to add as much detail as possible to your goals and dreams through visualization so as to speed up the process.

4.    Focus on now – See your success and happiness in the present as if you keep seeing it manifesting in the future, it will never be here today. Apply the Kaizen Principle here by making sure you are taking constant and never ending action so as to achieve your goal no matter how small that action might be, so long as it is constantly an improvement and is bringing you closer to your goal. Remember, if you are not constantly improving, then you are moving backwards.

5.    Don’t dwell on negativity – Allowing your thoughts to dwell on negative results or situations only draws more negativity towards you, so if something did not work the way you wanted, do not dwell on this, rather be thankful that you were able to learn from the situation and move on, by doing this you will minimize the amount of negativity which you draw into your life.

6.    Goal association – Say for example one of your goals is to buy a beautiful home, look around for a picture of what you consider to be the type of beautiful home which you would like to buy and then place this picture somewhere where you will constantly see it, take the time now and again to look at this picture and allow the emotions you will have once you have achieved your goal flow over you and live in these emotions in the present moment allowing them to become more real to you.

7.    Simply believe, but truly believe – You must believe in the power of the Law of Attraction in full to be able to truly receive its reward, as if you have deep down doubts as to the results which it will give then already you will be allowing negativity to creep in, take the time to truly understand how the law works so that you can believe in the results which you are aiming to achieve through using it.

8.    Live your dream – Try to exhibit all of the qualities you see yourself having once you have achieved your goal in the present, so if one of your goals was to be kind and understanding, begin to exhibit these qualities today and don’t wait until you have achieved your dreams to begin doing so. By doing this you will greatly speed up the Law of Attraction and the result which it will have in your life.

9.    Learn to receive – Lastly but also maybe most importantly is that you must learn how to receive. Many of us have all these goals and dreams but have never taught ourselves how to receive, when you are seeing results from your efforts, learn how to accept these steps forward towards the achievement of your goals and dreams and be thankful for them, the more time you spend accepting and acknowledging the positive results, the faster more positive results will come.

In my Kaizen-Wealth and Alchemist Mentoring course, I go into far more detail as to how you can begin to make universal laws and principles work for you so that you too can enjoy a life of abundance and happiness, but by applying these 9 principles, you will go a long way as to increasing the positive results which you will be able to achieve by being harmonious with the Law of Attraction.

If there are any more aspects as to applying the Law of Attraction you would like to share or if there are stories of your own which you would like to share as to how the Law of Attraction has worked for you, I would love to hear about them.

Freedom through Forgiveness

Very often when people think of forgiveness, they think “forgive and forget” but this need not necessarily be the case, to forgive is not always easy and to forget even less so. The truth behind it all is that your ability to forgive will have great benefits for you even if you are unable to forget.

Very often when people think of forgiveness, they think “forgive and forget” but this need not necessarily be the case, to forgive is not always easy and to forget even less so. The truth behind it all is that your ability to forgive will have great benefits for you even if you are unable to forget

One is very often inclined to cling onto the transgressions of others and to allow these transgressions to eat up our own energy and time by allowing ourselves to continually dwell on these transgressions and allowing them to invoke negative emotions within us which have a very negative all round effect on us. As I teach my students on the Master Key Course, your thoughts are what you bring into manifestation in the world around you.

It is for this reason that learning the ‘art of forgiveness’ is so important as any of these negative thoughts which you entertain will manifest into negativity in your own life. Is it really worth it to let the deeds of another bring negativity into your own life?

Below I will briefly explain how you can effectively learn to forgive so as to be rid of these negative thoughts and to be able to move on without letting negativity take a hold on your life. Not only will this have a great impact on what happens in your life and around you but it will also help you to find peace within yourself.

Focus on Forgiveness

If something which has happened or something which someone has done is taking up a large part of your daily thought in a negative way, then it is time for you to make the decision to forgive them. Not only will you feel better once you have done so but it will also be very beneficial to your own health as carrying resentment or anger can very easily lead to depression, self doubt or blame and a variety of other mentally negative outcomes.

To forgive somebody does not mean that you necessarily have to forget the pain which they have caused you, but rather that you are simply no longer allowing it to have a negative effect on your life. When you choose to forgive, it simply means that you are no longer granting that person the negative power which they have over you anymore and that you are choosing to move on with your life without their negative actions having an effect on you any longer.

Fundamental Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a very personal thing and it can only come from within you, now there may be situations where this might seem just to be impossible, but in situations such as these you will need to dig deep and realize that in finding the ability to forgive within yourself, you will be freeing yourself of a burden which is actually not yours to carry.

It is up to you to take the mental decision to make peace with what has happened as it is in your best interest. You will truly need to evaluate the situation and make the conscious decision to let go and no longer allow this person or their actions to have any form of power over you and the only way to do this is to truly forgive them in your heart and mind.

Many times the one whom you need to forgive could be worried less about your forgiveness, but it is not about them, this time it is about you and what is best for you. They will have to take responsibility for their own actions and it is your responsibility to not allow their actions have a negative effect on you.

Release and Let Go

Once you have made the decision to consciously forgive somebody, it is then time for you to actually release that negative energy and let it go. This is sometimes the most difficult of all, but the fact of the matter is that the important stuff is never easy.

Release that negative energy which is stealing your thought time and do not allow yourself to fight any further mental battles over what has happened, a good way to do this is not to dwell on the past but rather concentrate on the present and the future.

This might all be very difficult in the beginning, but the more you practice it, the easier it will get. After all, forgiveness is all about you, you are doing this for your own benefit and so that this negativity will no longer have an effect on your life. The moment you allow yourself to continually relive the events which are having this negative effect on you, the longer you are granting that person power over you. Free yourself and learn to forgive!

To panic is a very natural emotion and in certain situations a very useful, in times of true danger it is responsible for getting the adrenalin flowing in your system so as to help you make the decision of ‘fight or flight’. To panic is a very natural emotion and in certain situations a very useful, in times of true danger it is responsible for getting the adrenalin flowing in your system so as to help you make the decision of ‘fight or flight’. But in the incorrect scenario it can become a very debilitating and lonely disorder to be suffering from.

Unfortunately due to the ever increasing stress levels of our modern day lifestyle, more and more people are falling victim to panic related disorders and are witnessing firsthand the very negative effects which such a disorder is capable of having on ones life.

Here are a couple of very useful tips to help you in being able to control the effect which panic may have on your day to day life.

1.    Health helps – Believe it or not, ones mental and physical health walk hand in hand, it is for this reason that you should be doing all you can to keep yourself healthy in all aspects of your life.

As I teach my Kaizen Wealth students, you need to have harmony in all seven areas of your life to be able to experience well being and the same is applicable when it comes to overcoming panic and its effects. If you are healthy physically then it will automatically spill over into your mental stability as your blood is circulating correctly and due to this you will be able to handle stress and other situations in a far more effective way.

2.    Breath to be free – Although you may not believe it, the way you breathe has an enormous influence on your mental state, this is why when you are feeling the effects of panic, your breathing becomes irregular or shallower. It has been proven that by simply employing effective deep breathing techniques, you will be able to reduce the effects of panic on your body.

Take the time to invest in yourself, and learn a few relaxation breathing exercises as they will be able to assist you greatly in your quest to overcome panic.

3.    Find the source – Try to keep a panic diary or similar record of when it is that the panic hits you so as to be able to actually address the source of your panic and the reasons for you suffering such episodes. This record is for your eyes only if you wish, so feel free to list all of the situations, possible triggers and stimuli which might be involved in causing your panic.

By doing this you will begin to get a far clearer picture of what the causes are for your panic and then you will be far better equipped to be able to handle the situation.

4.    Avoid stimulants – Stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar and some over the counter flu medicines have been proven to be serious stress and panic catalysts. By cutting them out of your system, you will be going a long way towards reducing the frequency and degree of panic in your life.

5.    Alleviate your stress levels – The more stressed you are, the more of an effect panic will be able to have in your life. Finding effective relaxation methods for yourself such as, meditation, prayer, yoga or the Bagha, will greatly assist you in being able to reduce the stress and panic in your day to day life.

6.    Seek treatment – It is no shame to go in search of professional help to assist you in being able to overcome your panic problem. Increasing numbers of people are seeking help for this type of disorder every year, it is more detrimental to you if you allow this mild panic problem to develop into a full on disorder because you are too proud to admit that you have a problem.

The secret though is to look for the type of treatment which is the healthiest for you. There are many options available nowadays which do not include getting put on prescription medication such as, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy and various other methods of alternate brainwave therapy.

The big secret here is for you to be happy and healthy down the road to recovery and by this I mean that you should rather want to look at treating the cause of the panic before you try to disguise the symptoms.

If one is willing to apply the Kaizen Principle and continually address the areas of your life which are causing the panic, you will soon realize that you are actually in control and need to take responsibility for the effects which you are allowing panic to have in your life. Sometimes by taking small but constant steps in a positive direction is far better than trying to overcome a major hurdle in one bound.

I think we all owe it to ourselves to be as happy as we possibly can, so as to be able to advance in life. Should you have any comments as to this regard, please feel free to make them and if you have tips for others suffering from panic, let us know what they are as well.

Why do we expect some miracle to happen to make us happy? The secret to happiness and wealth lies within your ability to take action as to bringing your dreams into reality! The longer you delay the further away your dreams will drift, stop procrastinating and take action NOW.

Why do we expect some miracle to happen to make us happy? The secret to happiness and wealth lies within your ability to take action as to bringing your dreams into reality! The longer you delay the further away your dreams will drift, stop procrastinating and take action NOW.

The majority of people spend their lives dreaming of what would make them happy, the problem is that this is where it ends, in a dream. The reality is that each and every one of us has the ability to live our dreams and bring them into manifestation in the real world. There is no exception here, all it takes on your part is the desire and drive to make it all happen.

The truth behind it all as I teach to my Wealth Creators students is that you need to begin to take responsibility for your decision, if you decide to simply carry on doing the things which are required for you to keep your head above water, then you will literally just keep your head above water.

You see, it all goes about your mindset and the way which you choose to approach your life, if you never aim higher than the first floor, then that is where you will stay and you will never know the pleasure of being in the penthouse suite. The secret is to truly know what will make you happy and then to aim for these things, no matter how outrageous they might seem. It was with this principle that I was able to turn U$0.10 into U$1,333,333.33 in less than 5 years.

There is no magic involved, just well defined goals, effective systems and the absolute desire and belief that I could do it which made it a reality. Anything is attainable if you set your mind to it and apply the Kaizen Principle, which teaches you to take things one step at a time on a continuous and consistent basis.

To be able to bring about amazing change in your life you need to have amazing goals which you desire and believe in and then the most important of all is that you need to take action so as to be able to attain these goals. I have a passion to teach people and help them to become the best they possibly can be and that is why I launched the Alchemist Mentoring Program course. This course has proven to be an amazing success and I believe it is because I was doing something which I feel passionate about.

The secret behind achieving your dreams is that there is no secret, just a change in mindset and how you approach your dreams which will make the difference. Once you are able to effectively visualize your dreams in your mind and they satisfy your basic human needs in every respect, you mind will do everything it possibly can to bring about the changes needed for you to achieve these dreams.

Try to sit down and write down a list of your dreams and why they are important to you, as once you have found the why, the how will be revealed to you. Now this may all sound a bit far fetched and out of the ordinary, but it has to be. To achieve the extraordinary you need to step out of the normal approaches and do something extraordinary.

This is why I also use the Kaizen Principle to bring me closer to my dreams and goals one step at a time. By using this principle, I am able to realize that it might not be an overnight transformation, but every day in every way I am getting better and better and bringing myself closer to the realization of my dreams and goals.

Many people simply want a quick fix, a way to achieve these changes overnight, but the truth is that by gradually bringing about the changes needed to facilitate the accomplishment of your dreams, you will actually achieve them far quicker and with a more sustainable effect than by any other way.

There is a distinct difference between day dreaming and having definite dreams. If you are day dreaming, you never take action on your dreams, if you wish to achieve your dreams, the only way to begin is to begin taking action so as to make your dreams a reality.

Many will not ever decide to take this action and this is what makes a Wealth Creator extraordinary and not average, once you are able to dream and bring those dreams into reality in all areas of your life, then you truly understand the concept of being a Wealth Creator and the universe is the limit.

True freedom comes from within, take the time to know yourself and what your true desires and passions are and you will find that you are able to make your dreams come true. Always remember, you can’t expect extraordinary results if you are not letting yourself be extraordinary. If I can ask you one thing, why invest in the best interest of all those around you before you actually take the time to invest in yourself?

Time is one of my most treasured commodities, so beating the biggest thief of time, namely procrastination is vital to me. Far too many people fall into procrastinations trap as they look at what they need to but end up doing precious little to further their goals as some of the items on the list don’t look like fun or are to daunting.

Time is one of my most treasured commodities, so beating the biggest thief of time, namely procrastination is vital to me. Far too many people fall into procrastinations trap as they look at what they need to but end up doing precious little to further their goals as some of the items on the list don’t look like fun or are to daunting.

The secret is to focus on the important things which need to be done in order to bring you closer to the life goals which you have set yourself, if we allow procrastination to stop us from achieving these goals then in effect we have let the thief of time get away.

Below I will list a couple of pointers to assist you to make sure that procrastination no longer is able to steal your time.
  • Apply the Kaizen Principle – Often when we are faced with something which we need to get done, the hardest part is getting started. This is where the Kaizen Principle comes in, this principle teaches us that in order to progress, and we need only take one step at a time but in a continuous motion. So what you need to do is simply take the first step towards achieving your goal and then gradually continue to move forward.
Keep the overall goal in mind but break it down into smaller steps which are more achievable and with each step which you complete you will be getting closer to the goal in mind. The main thing is to be able to see continual and constant improvement and before you know it you will have arrived at your goal.
  • Always have a definite goal in mind – If we are headed somewhere but we are not sure where it is, how can we expect to get there? This is often the reason for procrastination creeping in as it is easier to postpone doing something if we are not sure what it is. Always try to write down what it is which you need to achieve and the time frame in which you need to complete it.
By doing this you will now have a definite goal and a time to complete it in, this will help you to remain focused and driven to achieve the goal, it also helps you to start taking responsibility for your own actions.
  • All work and no play – Be sure that you allow yourself time to breath while working. Try to break the task at hand up into smaller steps and when you have completed a step take a brief break so as to give your mind time to breath, not only will it seem less like work this way, but you will also realize that you will meet the next step with more enthusiasm and renewed energy.
If you are unable to break the task down into steps, try to allow yourself 10 minutes for an hours work to simply relax a bit and clear your mind.
  • Find the truth – Procrastination always has a reason, so try to find the true reason why you are prolonging doing something, often when we understand why we are allowing ourselves to continually delay doing something, it is easier to remedy the situation and the quicker we can get on with doing what needs to be done.
  • Get the “heavy’s” out of the way – We all have tasks which we enjoy doing and those which are not as enjoyable, always try to get the tasks which need to be done, but you like the least, out of the way first. Far too often we will let our dislike in one task cause us to procrastinate and thus prevent us from getting to the ones which we do like.
  • Rewards – Be sure to reward yourself once you complete your tasks, this way your brain will do all it can to achieve the tasks in the most time effective way so as to receive the reward, this is but one of the principles which I teach to my Wealth Creators Mentoring students.
  • Don’t loose the fun – Try not to let the list of goals which you set for yourself simply be a list of the unpleasant things which you need to get done, always try to include the things which you enjoy doing on your list as well, this way once you have been able to mark them off as done, your mind will not only associate your goal list with negative or less fun activities and it will become easier for you to look for ways to get through your list.
  • Self belief – This is one of the most important points of all and in my Alchemist Mentoring Program I teach my students ways and techniques by which they can learn to believe in themselves, if you are able to believe in yourself, you will find new sources of motivation and passion for that which you are doing and this is probably the biggest step anyone can take towards beating procrastination as if your heart is in it then it is no longer a task, but a desire and passion.
I am a Wealth Creator and believe strongly that time is one of my most precious commodities. Anything which can steal my time is robbing me of reaching my full potential in life, it is therefore my responsibility to make sure that this does not happen and over the years

I have built up proven methods of being able to do this effectively and I share them with all of my Wealth Creation students.

If you think you would like to comment on ways by which you think one can use time more effectively to the benefit of your life, please feel free to do so in the comments section.

I believe that ones memory and thinking ability is one of the most important faculties which we have, so being able to keep your memory and mind in tip top condition should be a must for all of us. Unfortunately as times goes by we often find that our memory may start to fade, but this need not be the case.

I believe that ones memory and thinking ability is one of the most important faculties which we have, so being able to keep your memory and mind in tip top condition should be a must for all of us. Unfortunately as times goes by we often find that our memory may start to fade, but this need not be the case.

There are ways by which you will effectively be able to give your brain the exercise which it needs to stay in good form and the great part about it is that they can be incorporated easily into your daily routine. By following these couple of basic tips on a daily basis, you will be able to take very definite steps to improving your memory and keeping your brain in a healthy condition.
  • Don’t rush – This is essential when you know that you need to remember information which is being dealt with, if you are pushing yourself to rush through something, the chances that you will forget a lot of the detail is very good, so rather take your time so that you are able to absorb all the information you are dealing with accurately and effectively.
  • Organization – If you are well organized, you will find it easier to remember what you did and when. If you battle with keeping your life organized, try to refine this skill by writing down reminders and keeping track of all the data which you require. By doing this you will start to become more organized and will see that things become easier to remember.
  • Repetition helps – The more one repeats something to yourself, the more chance there is that it will be transferred from the short term to the long term memory, in other words, say you need to remember a whole lot of names, repeat them out aloud over and over and then write them down or if it is information, make cue cards for yourself and review them on a regular basis, this all will dramatically help you to improve your memory.
  • Power of puzzles – Puzzles and brain teasers are excellent exercise for the brain, try to incorporate some form of puzzle or brain teaser into your life on a daily basis, this is almost like a workout for the mind and helps to stimulate the brain cells which are very helpful towards improving ones memory. As I teach my Kaizen-Wealth students, mental exercise on a daily basis is just as, if not more important, as physical exercise.
  • Starve the stress – Try to reduce the stress in your life as much as is possible as long term stress has been proven to do a considerable amount of damage to ones mental health. A good idea would be for you to start and end your day with stress relieving meditation exercises such as those which I supply my Kaizen Wealth students, in these exercises you take approximately half an hour of your time to relax and concentrate on mental stimulation both on a conscious and subconscious level.
  • Reviving rest – Sleep is a very important aspect of our lives and if you are depriving yourself of sleep it diminishes the brains functionality and ability to concentrate. If the brain is not functioning effectively, it will be less likely to transfer information from the short term to the long term memory, so make the effort to be sure that you are getting enough rest.
  • Positive power – Far too many of us do not realize the potential power of a positive attitude. You can ask any of my students who have been on my Wealth Creators Mentoring program how much importance I place on this fact. When one is positive you will achieve your desire and the same is true of the memory, believe that you have a good memory and it will do wonders for you and the condition of your memory.
  • Detrimental distractions – If you allow distractions to break your concentration, chances are that the information which you were concentrating on will never make it to your long term memory. So try to avoid any form of distraction such as the television in the background while trying to absorb information which you need to be committed to your long term memory.
  • Healthy mind, healthy body – This saying is not simply a lot of hot air, it has been proven that the better shape you are in physically, the better the state of your mind and thus your memory. Regular exercise helps to circulate blood through the body and thus also the brain which results in a healthier mental condition.
These are but a few tips of ways for you to improve your memory, perhaps you have a few techniques of your own which you would like to share? At the end of the day, we only get one brain in life, so why not try to do all we can to preserve it to the best of our ability? After all this is the one feature of us all which makes us unique and special and helps to structure our lives positively if used correctly.

Success is all about Attitude

Success in life depends greatly on the attitude which you adopt in life, now I know there are many people out there that do not want to hear this but it is a fact. It has been proven time and time again that if one is living life with a negative or unmotivated attitude, then your chances of realizing your dreams are minimal.

Success in life depends greatly on the attitude which you adopt in life, now I know there are many people out there that do not want to hear this but it is a fact. It has been proven time and time again that if one is living life with a negative or unmotivated attitude, then your chances of realizing your dreams are minimal.

The secret is to apply the Kaizen Principle to ones attitudes in life and to concentrate on positive growth on a daily basis, by applying this principle you will continually be moving forward and in a positive direction so far as your life attitude is concerned, now this may sound strange at first but when you are able to actually just get yourself in a positive forward motion, you will be amazed at how naturally and easily the following step is achieved and how by doing a bit better each and every day, the easier the journey of achieving your goal becomes.

Here are a couple of simple strategies which you can use so as to bring about a positive and beneficial attitude in your life which will assist you in succeeding a great deal more in life so far as the goals which you set for yourself are concerned.

1.    Surround yourself with the positive things in life – Try to cut all negativity out of your life and one of the most effective ways to do this is to surround yourself with people who are positive and who have the ability to inspire you, their positive attitude just as those of negative people is infectious and will definitely have a positive effect on you. Unfortunately the same is true of negative people and if you constantly surround yourself with negativity it too will have an effect on you but it will be a negative effect.

Now it is not always easy to stay out of the company of negative people, but should you have to spend time in their presence, try not to take anything which they say to seriously or rather, try to let it not affect you. So take from the encounter anything which you know will be beneficial to you and leave the rest behind and move on.

2.    Effective inspiration – The secret to a positive attitude is the correct inspiration, this is because if one is inspired enough about something you will do generate enough and in most cases surplus energy to be able to handle the task at hand.

An easy way to find inspiration within yourself is to make a list of all of your wildest dreams and then have a look at what you are actually doing to make them a reality. The more you think about it the more inspired you will be to start to bring about the necessary changes within your life so as to be able to achieve them.

3.    Stay focused – Try at all time to keep your focus on your goals and your attitude, by doing this you will be able to more effectively channel the time and effort which is required to be able to reach them in the shortest possible time. By maintaining focus you will never loose sight of what it is that you are aiming to achieve and you will waste a lot less time and effort on other trivialities which have no purpose so far as attaining your dreams and goals are concerned.

This is one of the many important lessons which I teach to my Wealth Creators Mentoring students and one which I tend to come back to on a regular basis as it is so important for someone who is seeking to learn what it is to be a Wealth Creator and who is looking for abundance in all seven areas of their life.

4.    Courage is another key – Many people lack the courage to become action takers as action takers need to be able to take responsibility for their actions. This is probably one of the most important traits which someone needs if they want to achieve success in life and to find themselves on the road to becoming a Wealth Creator. You have to have the courage to be accountable for your own actions.

5.    Learn to see the positive side of failure – It is essential that you learn to see the positive side of any failures which you may experience along the way and instead of letting them turn your positive attitude into a negative one, see them for what they are, a learning curve and one which you will hopefully not need to repeat if you are willing to stand back for a moment, asses your reason for failure and learn from it.

If you are able to apply these simple bits of advice to your life, you will be able to go a long way towards boosting your positive attitude and soon you will start to realize that by simply adopting a positive attitude, you will be making your journey through life a far smoother and pleasant one to have.

How to keep New Years Resolutions

Why is it that most of the time that we make New Years resolutions they tend to fade away before we even reach the end of January? Let me shed some light on this problem for you.

Why is it that most of the time that we make New Years resolutions they tend to fade away before we even reach the end of January? Let me shed some light on this problem for you.

The main reason for the ineffectiveness of a New Years resolution lays completely and utterly in your lap, it is because most of these resolutions are made at the spur of the moment and carry no weight within your subconscious mind and it is for this reason that you are not able or motivated to take the relevant action to fulfill the resolution which you have made.

So the secret to fulfilling these resolutions is to approach them with a goal in mind and with a determination and will, without these aspects any resolution will become like a pipe line goal which has no structure and simply fade away. If you are not willing to take the necessary action, do not set such goals for yourself as you will only be setting yourself up for failure.

So when deciding what New Years resolutions to make be sure that it is something which you truly want and desire, in this way you will automatically be able to motivate yourself to find a way to achieve it. This principle, as I teach the students on my Kaizen-Wealth Program and Wealth Creators Mentors Course, is the fundamental basis for any goal setting which you do in your life and without effective goal setting, you will have nothing to aim towards so as to be able to achieve it.

When making your resolution on New Years, make sure that the goal is attainable, you must also be very clear in the way that you state what it is which you wish to achieve. Lastly but probably most importantly, be sure that the resolution which you are making is one which you truly want and not one designed to please other people.

Once you have been able to do this while being completely honest with yourself, you will now need to formulate a plan as to how you will go about achieving the resolution which you have made. Here are a few tips which may be of use in this regard.

1.    Remain focused – There obviously was a reason why you chose to make this resolution, so as you begin to plan how to achieve it, keep it in mind constantly, focus intently on the resolution which you have made so that you will have access to possible ways by which you can achieve it, never let your focus be swayed or diminished.
2.    Establish a plan of action – Look at your end goal and decide how you will go about attaining it, this may seem very overwhelming at first but don’t worry as the secret is in breaking the end goal up into a whole lot of smaller goals which are attainable and well within your reach. By doing this you will be applying the Kaizen Principle by taking small but continual small steps to reach your final destination which is the goal or resolution which you made in the first place.
3.    Stay motivated and passionate – Far too often we will tackle a New Years resolution with awesome gusto in the beginning as we are motivated, but the moment we loose that motivation, the resolution is lost in the process. The secret here is to find ways to keep yourself motivated and on track, one way is to do constant evaluations as to your progress in achieving the resolution. Other ways include the promise of self reward, continuous re-evaluation of the goal and finding out the truth behind why you made the resolution.

By following these simple steps you will greatly increase your chances of being able to say that you have stuck to your New Years resolution and if you wish apply them to other areas of your life as well as this too could be very beneficial.

As I teach in the Kaizen-Wealth Program and on my Wealth Creators Mentoring course, you need to be able to take responsibility for your own actions. The other point is that many great things can be achieved if you are willing to become an action taker and you know how to go about it correctly.

Ask yourself the question, “How many New Years resolutions have you broken? How many have you kept? What helped you keep those which you succeeded with?” all of these questions will help you to determine what it is which motivates you to succeed at something. Now, my question to you is, how do you feel when you break a New Years resolution? And wouldn’t it be great if that never had to happen again?

Self motivation is one of the most powerful tools which any of us have to be able to determine our own success, without self motivation failure in the things which we do is practically guaranteed. Self motivation is one of the most powerful tools which any of us have to be able to determine our own success, without self motivation failure in the things which we do is practically guaranteed. Please note the emphasis on the word ‘self’ as keeping oneself motivated and inspired is the work of no one else but that of oneself.

The problem with most people is that they subconsciously are aware of this fact but allow it to fall prey to that monster called procrastination. Finding ways to motivate oneself can be a very personal journey, however it is a journey which we need to constantly undertake and if you are not already on this journey, then you need to start right away. TODAY!

Here are a couple of pointers as to how you might go about generating that self motivation within yourself which will be a life changing experience if you do it correctly.
  •  Avoid bordom – Many of the tasks which we are required to do in our everyday lives after a while seem tedious or boring, however these tasks need to be done so why not find ways to make them interesting such as challenging yourself to find ways to do them more efficiently and faster. This way you will be setting yourself a standard which you will constantly be trying to improve on, which by the way is one of the principles which I cover in depth on my Kaizen Wealth program.

  • Find your Spirit – Many of us walk aimlessly through life not even paying attention to who we are and how wonderful we truly are. Getting in touch with ones spiritual side opens up many opportunities for us and is able to motivate and improve us in all of the seven areas of our lives which I explain in the Kaizen Principle. Motivation and improvement in these seven areas of our lives will have amazing effects on the individuals overall wealth.

  • Goal setting – I am a very firm believer in goal setting as any of my Wealth Creator Mentorship program students will know. If you don’t have a definite and precise goal, how on earth will you know what you are aiming for? Goal setting is essential if you want to successfully motivate your self as it penetrates right down to a subconscious level and evaluating how well you achieve your goals and being able to cross them off your goal list once you have can be very motivational.

  •  Accountability – The true essence of self motivation lies within your ability to be accountable for your own actions. Take Responsibility! By simply evaluating your success in achieving your goals, you are beginning to become accountable for your own success and this is a very important step in the direction of self motivation.
  • The Power of positive thought – It is a proven fact that people who entertain a lot of negative thoughts are normally far less motivated than those who consciously eliminate negative thoughts. So if you are looking for a surefire way to increase your levels of motivation then eliminating negative thinking patterns is the way to go. This is another point which becomes very evident in the course of my Kaizen Wealth program where I show my students fast and efficient ways to be able to overcome this negative thinking.
