When you are able to find your perfect career, you will be happy and motivated enough to be successful in it. Being able to get up in the morning looking forward to the days work is far more effective towards being successful than getting up and looking at your career as something which you have to do in order to survive.

When you are able to find your perfect career, you will be happy and motivated enough to be successful in it. Being able to get up in the morning looking forward to the days work is far more effective towards being successful than getting up and looking at your career as something which you have to do in order to survive.

You can be sure that you are in the correct career or business when you are able to do the days work with a smile on your face and it feels more like fun than work, once you are able to do this it will become apparent to you that work need not be a continuous slog, this is because if you are doing something which you enjoy and which you are good at, you will be able to focus a lot more of your passion and motivation into what you are doing and will be guaranteed of far better results and rewards.

This is not to say that you should simply drop everything which you are presently doing to make ends meet and go in search of the perfect career for you, rather put some deep thought into it first and then test the water before you simply dive blindly into the unknown.

Here are a few tips which will be able to assist you with coming closer to your dream career and a far happier and fulfilled life.
  • What are your strengths? – Have a good hard look at what you are better at than most people and which you enjoy doing. This will certainly give you a far greater insight into what careers would be best suited to you.
By assessing your strong points you will be able to do a bit of research into what careers cater to people who have these qualities and this will definitely bring you a lot closer to the perfect career for you.
  • What are your interests? – Evaluate what your true interests are, a good way to start doing this is to have a look at what your hobbies are and how these things which you find interesting can possibly be turned into a career, have a look around for examples of others who have the same interests or hobbies might have formed a career in some way out of them.
  • Become an action taker – This is one of the key principles in both my Master Key Program and Wealth Creators programs and I feel is one of great importance. If you already know what your ideal career is or what exactly it is what you are looking for, take action so as to achieve your dreams.
This is not to say that you need to be reckless in your actions, but take definite action which will gradually bring you closer to your dream career. Say you have the talent to write well, start to look for ways in which this can generate an income for you, even if it is doing it part time in the evenings at first while you still maintain your regular job to pay the bills.

Once you see that you are able to survive doing it part time then you can consider making the permanent change.
  • Career research – Consider going to a job fair or similar type convention as this will help you to become more aware of the wide variety of jobs which are available and which ones are actually looking for people who can do the job.
  • Career assessments – There are a vast number of websites which offer this service. By simply filling in the answers to a number of questions about your likes and dislikes, your personality and interests, they will supply you with a list of careers which you might be best suited for.
  • Invest in yourself – Last but not least you should continually invest in yourself. This means, do things to be able to improve yourself on a continual basis, in other words, follow the Master Key Program. Many people think that this means going back to study further or spending lots of money to do various courses, this need not be the case.
If you take a look around you will discover that there are many ways to improve yourself without it costing you an arm or a leg. Take for instance web page design, many people are under the impression that this need be an expensive and difficult affair, the truth is, there are sites such as Build A Web which teach you the easy way to create and manage your own website for FREE.

By continually investing in yourself, you will soon find the freedom to be happy in your career and to become the best at what you do.

These are but a few tips which I have to share with you when it comes to finding your perfect career, maybe you have a few of your own which you would like to share? The main thing is for you to be happy in what you do, so if you really want to feel the difference of waking up eager about the day, take action and take the time to find out what makes you truly happy.

I believe that ones memory and thinking ability is one of the most important faculties which we have, so being able to keep your memory and mind in tip top condition should be a must for all of us. Unfortunately as times goes by we often find that our memory may start to fade, but this need not be the case.

I believe that ones memory and thinking ability is one of the most important faculties which we have, so being able to keep your memory and mind in tip top condition should be a must for all of us. Unfortunately as times goes by we often find that our memory may start to fade, but this need not be the case.

There are ways by which you will effectively be able to give your brain the exercise which it needs to stay in good form and the great part about it is that they can be incorporated easily into your daily routine. By following these couple of basic tips on a daily basis, you will be able to take very definite steps to improving your memory and keeping your brain in a healthy condition.
  • Don’t rush – This is essential when you know that you need to remember information which is being dealt with, if you are pushing yourself to rush through something, the chances that you will forget a lot of the detail is very good, so rather take your time so that you are able to absorb all the information you are dealing with accurately and effectively.
  • Organization – If you are well organized, you will find it easier to remember what you did and when. If you battle with keeping your life organized, try to refine this skill by writing down reminders and keeping track of all the data which you require. By doing this you will start to become more organized and will see that things become easier to remember.
  • Repetition helps – The more one repeats something to yourself, the more chance there is that it will be transferred from the short term to the long term memory, in other words, say you need to remember a whole lot of names, repeat them out aloud over and over and then write them down or if it is information, make cue cards for yourself and review them on a regular basis, this all will dramatically help you to improve your memory.
  • Power of puzzles – Puzzles and brain teasers are excellent exercise for the brain, try to incorporate some form of puzzle or brain teaser into your life on a daily basis, this is almost like a workout for the mind and helps to stimulate the brain cells which are very helpful towards improving ones memory. As I teach my Kaizen-Wealth students, mental exercise on a daily basis is just as, if not more important, as physical exercise.
  • Starve the stress – Try to reduce the stress in your life as much as is possible as long term stress has been proven to do a considerable amount of damage to ones mental health. A good idea would be for you to start and end your day with stress relieving meditation exercises such as those which I supply my Kaizen Wealth students, in these exercises you take approximately half an hour of your time to relax and concentrate on mental stimulation both on a conscious and subconscious level.
  • Reviving rest – Sleep is a very important aspect of our lives and if you are depriving yourself of sleep it diminishes the brains functionality and ability to concentrate. If the brain is not functioning effectively, it will be less likely to transfer information from the short term to the long term memory, so make the effort to be sure that you are getting enough rest.
  • Positive power – Far too many of us do not realize the potential power of a positive attitude. You can ask any of my students who have been on my Wealth Creators Mentoring program how much importance I place on this fact. When one is positive you will achieve your desire and the same is true of the memory, believe that you have a good memory and it will do wonders for you and the condition of your memory.
  • Detrimental distractions – If you allow distractions to break your concentration, chances are that the information which you were concentrating on will never make it to your long term memory. So try to avoid any form of distraction such as the television in the background while trying to absorb information which you need to be committed to your long term memory.
  • Healthy mind, healthy body – This saying is not simply a lot of hot air, it has been proven that the better shape you are in physically, the better the state of your mind and thus your memory. Regular exercise helps to circulate blood through the body and thus also the brain which results in a healthier mental condition.
These are but a few tips of ways for you to improve your memory, perhaps you have a few techniques of your own which you would like to share? At the end of the day, we only get one brain in life, so why not try to do all we can to preserve it to the best of our ability? After all this is the one feature of us all which makes us unique and special and helps to structure our lives positively if used correctly.

Far too many of us fall victim to the trend of ‘crash diets’ and this often results in us believing that dieting is difficult or that there is no point to dieting as you regain the weight faster than you lost it during the course of the diet.

Far too many of us fall victim to the trend of ‘crash diets’ and this often results in us believing that dieting is difficult or that there is no point to dieting as you regain the weight faster than you lost it during the course of the diet.

Most people who are looking to loose weight try every diet under the sun but as soon as they leave the diet they begin to regain the weight, the reason for this is that dieting is not a quick fix and any of these quick fix diets which are available are simply not effective as they do not have a permanent effect.

The only way for you to loose weight so that the effects are permanent is to make gradual lifestyle changes and dietary changes in your life and to apply them on a daily basis. Just remember that no matter how small the steps are which you take at first, they will bring you closer to achieving your goal one step at a time and in a consistent manner which is far more sustainable than taking giant leaps for short periods of time.

This is exactly the same principle which I teach to my students who are on the Kaizen-Wealth Program, as this concept is applicable to every single area of our lives. By gradually making small but consistent changes we are able to achieve results which are far greater than our original dreams and when it comes to weight loss this principle is exceptionally effective.

The only way to achieve effective weight loss and to be able to maintain it is by using this principle (Kaizen Principle) where you gradually introduce changes to your lifestyle on a consistent basis which will help you to achieve your goal.

Now many of you might be thinking “But this sounds as if it could be tough!” well this need not be the case. Often the hardest part is to get yourself to take that first step, thereafter the next step often comes as if by second nature and you begin to move forward one step at a time, but at least you are advancing towards your goal.

By advancing gradually in this way, one is able to avoid shocking your system with instant major changes and you are able to introduce the changes gradually and the body will be more willing to accept them. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that you will need to leave all the things which you love to eat behind, but rather change the way in which you go about it.

Here are a few tips which might help you to get started down the road to a leaner and healthier you:

1.    Walk more – Many people find it difficult to follow a regular exercise routine, especially when they are not used to regular exercise, well walking is the answer. Although walking does not always feel as if it is a strenuous exercise, it is one of the healthiest past times you could possibly indulge in.

The great part is that by simply parking further away from the shopping center, taking the stairs or having an afternoon chat while walking with your neighbor you will already be making an enormous difference to your exercise quota. Walking is one of the easiest ways to begin to get back into shape as it does not feel like routine exercise.

2.    Cut down on fats – When selecting which milk to buy, select either low fat or skimmed milk. This way you are still getting the nutrition which your body requires from milk but without all of the fatty content which is of no benefit to you.

3.    Water the wonder drink – Far too many people see soda as a form of hydration, when in fact it does very little to hydrate the body and even less as a cleansing source. The fact of the matter is that the majority of the world’s population drinks far too little water. You should try to get at least 2 liters of water in per day in its pure form. Soda is the number one offender when it comes to effective weight loss. Water is far more effective as it cleanses the body and carries essential vitamins and so forth to different parts of the body. The great thing is that it carries no calories.

4.    Portion your portions – We all seem to think that more is better as this is the mentality which the media and corporate worlds like to feed to us, but their motives are not in our best interest but rather those of their financial standings.

We have been so programmed to believe that a bigger portion is equal to better value for your money, but what about your health? By simply dividing your portions into smaller portions, you will still get the nutrient value which you need but be able to limit the amount you consume.

Try to start your meals with a glass of water, try to be sure that half of your portion is vegetables, a quarter protein and a quarter carbohydrates.

5.    Desserts are a treat – Try to limit your dessert intake to special occasions, by doing this you will greatly reduce your intake of calories and it will also be good for your sugar levels. If you want to snack, rather keep healthy snacks in the house so as to avoid these types of temptations.

By applying the Kaizen Principle of small but consistent improvement you will find that by introducing strategies such as these on a consistent basis into your lifestyle, you will be able to achieve your weight loss goals more consistently and in a way which will have permanent results. Is our health not more important than our effort after all?

Success is all about Attitude

Success in life depends greatly on the attitude which you adopt in life, now I know there are many people out there that do not want to hear this but it is a fact. It has been proven time and time again that if one is living life with a negative or unmotivated attitude, then your chances of realizing your dreams are minimal.

Success in life depends greatly on the attitude which you adopt in life, now I know there are many people out there that do not want to hear this but it is a fact. It has been proven time and time again that if one is living life with a negative or unmotivated attitude, then your chances of realizing your dreams are minimal.

The secret is to apply the Kaizen Principle to ones attitudes in life and to concentrate on positive growth on a daily basis, by applying this principle you will continually be moving forward and in a positive direction so far as your life attitude is concerned, now this may sound strange at first but when you are able to actually just get yourself in a positive forward motion, you will be amazed at how naturally and easily the following step is achieved and how by doing a bit better each and every day, the easier the journey of achieving your goal becomes.

Here are a couple of simple strategies which you can use so as to bring about a positive and beneficial attitude in your life which will assist you in succeeding a great deal more in life so far as the goals which you set for yourself are concerned.

1.    Surround yourself with the positive things in life – Try to cut all negativity out of your life and one of the most effective ways to do this is to surround yourself with people who are positive and who have the ability to inspire you, their positive attitude just as those of negative people is infectious and will definitely have a positive effect on you. Unfortunately the same is true of negative people and if you constantly surround yourself with negativity it too will have an effect on you but it will be a negative effect.

Now it is not always easy to stay out of the company of negative people, but should you have to spend time in their presence, try not to take anything which they say to seriously or rather, try to let it not affect you. So take from the encounter anything which you know will be beneficial to you and leave the rest behind and move on.

2.    Effective inspiration – The secret to a positive attitude is the correct inspiration, this is because if one is inspired enough about something you will do generate enough and in most cases surplus energy to be able to handle the task at hand.

An easy way to find inspiration within yourself is to make a list of all of your wildest dreams and then have a look at what you are actually doing to make them a reality. The more you think about it the more inspired you will be to start to bring about the necessary changes within your life so as to be able to achieve them.

3.    Stay focused – Try at all time to keep your focus on your goals and your attitude, by doing this you will be able to more effectively channel the time and effort which is required to be able to reach them in the shortest possible time. By maintaining focus you will never loose sight of what it is that you are aiming to achieve and you will waste a lot less time and effort on other trivialities which have no purpose so far as attaining your dreams and goals are concerned.

This is one of the many important lessons which I teach to my Wealth Creators Mentoring students and one which I tend to come back to on a regular basis as it is so important for someone who is seeking to learn what it is to be a Wealth Creator and who is looking for abundance in all seven areas of their life.

4.    Courage is another key – Many people lack the courage to become action takers as action takers need to be able to take responsibility for their actions. This is probably one of the most important traits which someone needs if they want to achieve success in life and to find themselves on the road to becoming a Wealth Creator. You have to have the courage to be accountable for your own actions.

5.    Learn to see the positive side of failure – It is essential that you learn to see the positive side of any failures which you may experience along the way and instead of letting them turn your positive attitude into a negative one, see them for what they are, a learning curve and one which you will hopefully not need to repeat if you are willing to stand back for a moment, asses your reason for failure and learn from it.

If you are able to apply these simple bits of advice to your life, you will be able to go a long way towards boosting your positive attitude and soon you will start to realize that by simply adopting a positive attitude, you will be making your journey through life a far smoother and pleasant one to have.

Anyone who has ever been married knows that the relationship will have its ups and downs as you are both individuals and each of you have different needs. The true secret is not to allow petty and insignificant differences to become major issues.

Far too often we will let stubbornness and petty indifference cause major havoc in our marriages without being able to have a perspective of what the needs of our partner may be. If you were willing to take the vows of marriage, surely love played a big part in that decision and if you love someone and want to be with them, is it not worth taking the time and putting in the effort to make it the most pleasant and meaningful relationship you will ever be likely to have?

Here are seven tips which will surely bring a lot more harmony into any relationship, but especially that of the married couple.

1.    Communication is king – A vast majority of problems which are experienced, especially with newly weds, can be linked to a lack of effective communication. By this I mean that even though you talk to one another, does not necessarily mean that you are communicating. Any couple should make it a part of their daily routine to sit down and talk to one another for a while about the things which they feel are important to them, ideally this will not be done in front of a television with all sorts of distractions taking place. Take at least half an hour to simply talk to one another and to share the day’s events and your emotions.

2.    The art of listening – By simply taking the time to listen when your partner has had a bad day and needs to vent can be very beneficial for any relationship. Sometimes the other person does not want your opinion on everything and simply needs to get some of the negativity or frustration which they might have accumulated during the day out of their system. Mastering the art of simply lending an ear for them to be able to unload will alleviate a lot of the tension which might have had other negative effects should you not have simply taken the time to listen.

3.    The outsiders view – The minute you begin to sense hostility in your partner, step outside of yourself and have a look at the situation. Become aware that it is not only your opinion or feelings which are of concern, but those of your partner as well. Try to take an objective look at the feelings and emotions which are fueling the disagreement from the eyes of an outsider and try to understand where your partner is coming from instead of referring purely to your own emotions.

4.    Argue constructively – If you as a couple are inclined to avoid arguing completely, it will usually have negative consequences as it is healthy for a couple to have a difference of opinion. Should you avoid disagreeing completely it can lead to very negative build ups of anger and frustration.

The art of arguing constructively comes in when you learn to be able to disagree and listen to each others opinions without letting it develop into a all out argument which leads to people emotionally degrading one another.

Always avoid saying hurtful things to or about your partner during an argument as this just pushes the two of you apart. If you feel the argument is getting out of hand, rather take a bit of a break to cool off before things are said which could be damaging to the relationship. The big rule here is not to let emotions control the argument which will result in emotional flare ups or lashing out which could be very detrimental to the relationship.

5.    Be sure it is worth fighting over – Here one needs to be aware of the things which truly are important to you, and that which you feel forms part of your moral fabric. Sometimes there are things which go completely against what you stand for and it is in these situations which you need to stand your ground. But sometimes the difference of opinion is not likely to have any impact on your personal values and at times like this you will need to asses whether the situation which is causing the conflict is actually worth the time and energy of letting it escalate into a full blown argument. Sometimes it is better to simply back down or accept that you can agree to disagree.

The great thing about life is that we don’t always have to agree to be the best of partners, we are all made with our own opinions and values, and sometimes the best solution is to simply agree to disagree.

6.    Don’t loose the romance – Far too many couples forget about the romance and dating once they are married, this often leads to heightened tension levels and boredom. Just because you are married does not mean you no longer can go on dates together or surprise each other with romantic evenings, this is after all the essence of what brought you together in the first place and there is no reason that this aspect of your relationship should fade away after marriage.

7.    Alone time – Yes it is important that a married couple should not live separate live as this would also be very detrimental for the marriage, but taking a bit of alone time can also be very healthy for the relationship. It is not to say that because you are married that you should both like exactly the same things

You should still make time to do things alone or away from one another and by doing so you will have the opportunity to express yourselves as individuals. One must be careful though that this does not become to time consuming and drive a wedge between you and your partner, but yes a bit of alone time is very healthy for a relationship.

These are but seven tips as to how to build a stronger relationship with your partner and there are very many other aspects where one will be able to bring harmony into the home.

On my Kaizen-Wealth Program I cover harmony in relation to all seven areas of a persons life and you will find that by using this technique, the other problems will often be solved in the process as you begin to find harmony in the seven areas of your life which normally cause conflict within an individual should they not be correctly managed.

By achieving this inner harmony within yourself, you will find that you will not only experience harmony in your marriage but also a growth and positive effect in all of the essential areas of your life.

Many times when people hear the word meditation, they automatically see a ‘guru’ with his legs crossed chanting all kinds of funny sounds and being oblivious to the world, but this need not be the case in actuality.

Many times when people hear the word meditation, they automatically see a ‘guru’ with his legs crossed chanting all kinds of funny sounds and being oblivious to the world, but this need not be the case in actuality.

When one chooses to invest in oneself by opening yourself up to the Universal Laws and Greater Consciousness you will soon understand the power this practice has and the peace and truth it is able to bring into your life.

The secret to meditation though is that one needs to practice it on a daily basis so as to become proficient at it and begin to reap the rewards which it has to offer. This is one of the principles which I teach in my Kaizen Wealth program. The simple fact of the matter is that the more you do something on a regular basis the easier it becomes and the better you will find you get at doing it.

Now you might be asking, “But what do I actually stand to gain by practicing meditation?” well the answer to that one is easy, by learning how to use meditation as a tool to regain control over your thought process and your subconscious mind, in effect you will be opening yourself up to an endless supply of knowledge, self discipline and self evaluation which is limitless and if used correctly may help you to attain wealth in all seven areas of your life.

The only limitations, which one has over the way your life turns out is the ones which you create yourself. By not taking responsibility for your own actions and imposing your own self limitations you are robbing yourself of a life of abundance and harmony as any of my Wealth Creators Mentorship students will be able to tell you.

Once one opens oneself up to growing within oneself and by doing so growing within the Universal Consciousness you will begin to tap into the knowledge and will of this consciousness and begin to live within the harmony of all things and thus be far more productive and the benefits for this are endless.

There are a couple of ways by which you can deepen your meditational experience and here are a few of them:

1.    Focus – The ability to be able to focus correctly and on the correct things is vital to an improved meditational experience. Some people enjoy what is known as eyes open meditation, in this practice you will meditate with your eyes open but focusing on a single point and not letting your focus drift. Others prefer eyes closed meditation as this stimulates Alpha Mind States and encourages them to learn the ability of blocking out random thoughts and focusing on the thought or goal which they have with intent.

2.    Breathing – Breathing can be utilized to assist with your focus, the more you begin to concentrate on your breathing, the less time the brain has to be able to roam where ever it wants, by effectively concentrating on your breathing you will be keeping the mind busy and thus it will have less time to bombard you with all sorts of distracting thoughts.

3.    Use positive affirmations – The use of positive affirmations can help one to focus on the change they wish to bring about within themselves during the meditation or the changes they would like to see in their lives. Affirmations such as “Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better!” are a good starting point and this is an integral part of my Kaizen Wealth Program.

4.    Location and posture – Always try to practice your meditation in the same place and at more or less the same times every day. The location you choose should be one where you will not be disturbed and where you will be comfortable. The posture you use should be comfortable for you as well but not so comfortable that you will be likely to fall asleep in the process of your meditation. Always try not to slouch and relax all your muscles during the meditation session.

5.    Guided meditation – Many people have difficulty initially to enter into an effective state of meditation. This is why in my Kaizen Wealth Program I include daily guided meditation exercises which use cutting edge sound assistance which has been scientifically proven to assist an individual reach the correct state of mind for effective meditation as well as vocal guidance which helps the students learn the route to effective meditation in a very short time frame.

The most important thing about meditation is that it needs to be done regularly and the more regularly it is done the more effective tool it become in being able to assist you to be able to focus on your goals and become the best that you possibly can.

By tapping into this universal consciousness, one will open up a world of possibilities and wealth to yourself and all it takes on your part is a bit of perseverance and the will to bring about positive changes in your life which will shower you in abundance in every aspect of your life.

How to keep New Years Resolutions

Why is it that most of the time that we make New Years resolutions they tend to fade away before we even reach the end of January? Let me shed some light on this problem for you.

Why is it that most of the time that we make New Years resolutions they tend to fade away before we even reach the end of January? Let me shed some light on this problem for you.

The main reason for the ineffectiveness of a New Years resolution lays completely and utterly in your lap, it is because most of these resolutions are made at the spur of the moment and carry no weight within your subconscious mind and it is for this reason that you are not able or motivated to take the relevant action to fulfill the resolution which you have made.

So the secret to fulfilling these resolutions is to approach them with a goal in mind and with a determination and will, without these aspects any resolution will become like a pipe line goal which has no structure and simply fade away. If you are not willing to take the necessary action, do not set such goals for yourself as you will only be setting yourself up for failure.

So when deciding what New Years resolutions to make be sure that it is something which you truly want and desire, in this way you will automatically be able to motivate yourself to find a way to achieve it. This principle, as I teach the students on my Kaizen-Wealth Program and Wealth Creators Mentors Course, is the fundamental basis for any goal setting which you do in your life and without effective goal setting, you will have nothing to aim towards so as to be able to achieve it.

When making your resolution on New Years, make sure that the goal is attainable, you must also be very clear in the way that you state what it is which you wish to achieve. Lastly but probably most importantly, be sure that the resolution which you are making is one which you truly want and not one designed to please other people.

Once you have been able to do this while being completely honest with yourself, you will now need to formulate a plan as to how you will go about achieving the resolution which you have made. Here are a few tips which may be of use in this regard.

1.    Remain focused – There obviously was a reason why you chose to make this resolution, so as you begin to plan how to achieve it, keep it in mind constantly, focus intently on the resolution which you have made so that you will have access to possible ways by which you can achieve it, never let your focus be swayed or diminished.
2.    Establish a plan of action – Look at your end goal and decide how you will go about attaining it, this may seem very overwhelming at first but don’t worry as the secret is in breaking the end goal up into a whole lot of smaller goals which are attainable and well within your reach. By doing this you will be applying the Kaizen Principle by taking small but continual small steps to reach your final destination which is the goal or resolution which you made in the first place.
3.    Stay motivated and passionate – Far too often we will tackle a New Years resolution with awesome gusto in the beginning as we are motivated, but the moment we loose that motivation, the resolution is lost in the process. The secret here is to find ways to keep yourself motivated and on track, one way is to do constant evaluations as to your progress in achieving the resolution. Other ways include the promise of self reward, continuous re-evaluation of the goal and finding out the truth behind why you made the resolution.

By following these simple steps you will greatly increase your chances of being able to say that you have stuck to your New Years resolution and if you wish apply them to other areas of your life as well as this too could be very beneficial.

As I teach in the Kaizen-Wealth Program and on my Wealth Creators Mentoring course, you need to be able to take responsibility for your own actions. The other point is that many great things can be achieved if you are willing to become an action taker and you know how to go about it correctly.

Ask yourself the question, “How many New Years resolutions have you broken? How many have you kept? What helped you keep those which you succeeded with?” all of these questions will help you to determine what it is which motivates you to succeed at something. Now, my question to you is, how do you feel when you break a New Years resolution? And wouldn’t it be great if that never had to happen again?

Financial wealth is easy to achieve if you have the correct mindset and understanding of what wealth actually is. If one takes the time to invest in yourself by learning who you are and what exactly it is which you want to achieve financially, then the rest will fall into place.

Financial wealth is easy to achieve if you have the correct mindset and understanding of what wealth actually is. If one takes the time to invest in yourself by learning who you are and what exactly it is which you want to achieve financially, then the rest will fall into place.

The main reason most people do not succeed in becoming financially wealthy is that they are unable to get organized, be motivated or they simply lack the burning desire to be wealthy. The truth of the matter actually boils down to having a Formula for Riches, as I often tell the students on my Wealth Creators Mentoring Course, you have to be able to apply the formula to be successful and you have to learn how to take responsibility for your own actions.

The fact of the matter is that many people will be able to become wealthy within their lives, but the secret is how to remain wealthy. I see wealth in a far more broad aspect than simply a person’s financial status, but let’s be honest, finances are a very important part of our lives. So why not let me give you a few pointers as far as gaining financial wealth is concerned.
  • Always have definite goals in sight – Be sure to know what you are aiming for, the goals which you set for yourself should be absolutely clear and structured so as to give you a definite destination which you wish to achieve.
By knowing what it is which you want to achieve and by making this as real and desirable in your own mind as you possibly can, you will be forming the reason for yourself to begin acting on this desire and force yourself to begin to find ways by which it will be possible for you to achieve it.

As I teach all my Wealth Creators Mentoring students, goal setting is possibly one of the most important steps when it come to achieving the things which you want in life, I then teach them how to apply the Kaizen Principle, which basically is taking things one step at a time in the right direction on a constant basis, to be able to achieve far more than you could have ever dreamed of.

  • Essential organization – Know that you have a very clear and distinct picture of what it is which you want to achieve in your head, it is time to figure out how you will go about achieving it. I always say that a Wealth Creator is an action taker and unless you are willing to take action, you will never succeed.
Begin by writing down ideas as to how you believe you will be able to bring yourself closer to achieving your goal. Don’t worry if the ideas which you have do not make sense to others, just make sure that they make sense to you and that you believe in them. Be sure to be as precise as you possibly can in this regard and be sure to put time lines on all of the ideas which you have.

  • Lights, camera ACTION! – How many successful films would there have been if the lights and camera were there but there was no action? The secret to becoming wealthy in any area of your life is for you to begin to take action.
It does not matter how much goal setting or planning you do, if you do not become an action taker, you will never be wealthy, it is as simple as that. Procrastination or fear of taking action is probably the number one wealth killer. If you have set your goals, done your planning and know where you are going, for goodness sake, get on with the job at hand, become an action taker!

More often than not it is taking that first step forward which is the hardest, but as I show in my Kaizen Wealth Program, it is not the size of the step, but just the first step which gets your momentum going which is difficult for some, thereafter all you need do is make sure that you sustain the momentum and keep going forward on a consistent basis.

Being the action taker is possibly the most important step you will make on your journey towards wealth.

These are but a few of the tips which I have to offer you and believe me there is so much more one is able to learn which will show you that most of the time people try to complicate the journey they need to follow to reach their own success. Let me ask you this, how easy is it for one foot to follow the other? Answer me that and you will be well on the road to riches.

Self motivation is one of the most powerful tools which any of us have to be able to determine our own success, without self motivation failure in the things which we do is practically guaranteed. Please note the emphasis on the word ‘self’ as keeping oneself motivated and inspired is the work of no one else but that of oneself.

Self motivation is one of the most powerful tools which any of us have to be able to determine our own success, without self motivation failure in the things which we do is practically guaranteed. Please note the emphasis on the word ‘self’ as keeping oneself motivated and inspired is the work of no one else but that of oneself.

The problem with most people is that they subconsciously are aware of this fact but allow it to fall prey to that monster called procrastination. Finding ways to motivate oneself can be a very personal journey, however it is a journey which we need to constantly undertake and if you are not already on this journey, then you need to start right away. TODAY!

Here are a couple of pointers as to how you might go about generating that self motivation within yourself which will be a life changing experience if you do it correctly.
  •  Avoid bordom – Many of the tasks which we are required to do in our everyday lives after a while seem tedious or boring, however these tasks need to be done so why not find ways to make them interesting such as challenging yourself to find ways to do them more efficiently and faster. This way you will be setting yourself a standard which you will constantly be trying to improve on, which by the way is one of the principles which I cover in depth on my Kaizen Wealth program.

  • Find your Spirit – Many of us walk aimlessly through life not even paying attention to who we are and how wonderful we truly are. Getting in touch with ones spiritual side opens up many opportunities for us and is able to motivate and improve us in all of the seven areas of our lives which I explain in the Kaizen Principle. Motivation and improvement in these seven areas of our lives will have amazing effects on the individuals overall wealth.

  • Goal setting – I am a very firm believer in goal setting as any of my Wealth Creator Mentorship program students will know. If you don’t have a definite and precise goal, how on earth will you know what you are aiming for? Goal setting is essential if you want to successfully motivate your self as it penetrates right down to a subconscious level and evaluating how well you achieve your goals and being able to cross them off your goal list once you have can be very motivational.

  •  Accountability – The true essence of self motivation lies within your ability to be accountable for your own actions. Take Responsibility! By simply evaluating your success in achieving your goals, you are beginning to become accountable for your own success and this is a very important step in the direction of self motivation.
  • The Power of positive thought – It is a proven fact that people who entertain a lot of negative thoughts are normally far less motivated than those who consciously eliminate negative thoughts. So if you are looking for a surefire way to increase your levels of motivation then eliminating negative thinking patterns is the way to go. This is another point which becomes very evident in the course of my Kaizen Wealth program where I show my students fast and efficient ways to be able to overcome this negative thinking.

  • Motivation through change – If you ultimately have tried a number of ways to motivate yourself but find that you are still not getting it right, then maybe it is time for you to consider making some drastic changes in your life as there must be some underlying unhappiness or dissatisfaction within you which is hampering your efforts to increase your motivation.
Motivation truly is a very powerful tool to help you achieve your goals and dreams in life, as soon as your motivation is correct the way to achieve these desires and goals will present itself to you and the door for you to become a Wealth Creator will gradually start to open and open a life of abundance, happiness and all round wealth up to you.

Let me leave you with this question, how important is motivation to you and what is your most effective way by which you motivate yourself? When one begins to seek the answer to questions like these, it can often be the beginning of a life changing experience.

Advice on How to Help Comfort Someone through Times

We have all experienced times which have been tough on us emotionally and more often than not have gone in search of someone we feel will be able to ‘be there for us’, but what about when the tables are turned and you are the one which is being chosen to be the comfort giver?

We have all experienced times which have been tough on us emotionally and more often than not have gone in search of someone we feel will be able to ‘be there for us’, but what about when the tables are turned and you are the one which is being chosen to be the comfort giver?

It is at times like these that you will be the one whom needs to be strong so as to be able to give this person or loved one the support they need. The type of situation and the circumstances which has caused this individual to be in a state of despair may differ greatly from one situation to another, but yet there are a couple of universal tips when it comes to knowing how to effectively be able to console someone in a time of despair.

Some of these universal tips include:
  • Reassure them – When they first approach you, you should be sure to try and uplift them, most of the time someone approaching you for comfort is not looking for your wisdom right away or what you think they should do, but rather simply try to look after their immediate emotional needs, unless they specifically ask for your advice.

  • Be the listener – By simply being able to be an effective listener and allowing them to ‘let it all pour out’ is probably one of the most important things which you will need to be able to do to comfort someone in despair. However try not to stop them while they are ‘cleansing’ so as to give advice, rather listen and understand their situation without passing your own judgments or advice at this stage.

  • Be a pillar of support – One of the most comforting gestures which you are able to extend to a person who is in despair is that of allowing them to feel and know that your support for them is unconditional and that they are free to speak to you at any time about what they are feeling or the anguish which they are going through and that you will do your very best to stand by them and help them back up.

  • Physical comfort – This part of supporting someone in despair is at your own discretion, if you know the person well enough and feel comfortable doing so, there is nothing more reassuring than a friendly and well meant hug, a hug just has a very reassuring way of making people feel better so long as the intent behind the hug is love and kindness.

  • Empathy – Rather than sympathy, offer this person empathy as this will enable you to do your best to understand the situation they find themselves in and empathize with it rather than simply offering sympathy.
In any situation where there is despair there is another emotion present and that is the emotion of grief. Grief is a perfectly normal emotion to be shown by someone who has experienced a traumatic situation.

Grief is one emotion which presents differently from person to person, it normally begins with the individual being in a state of shock and sometimes denial after which pain and anger normally follow and this phase might last for considerable time depending on the individual.

Then it is normally the turn of, probably the most destructive of them all, namely depression. But these are all stages of grief which will eventually lead the individual down the road to acceptance. Your role here is not to try to hasten there path through these phases of grief but rather to do what you can to help them along the way.

Perhaps one of the best ways to go about this is to actually try to supply them with a different perspective to their despair, but if you are unsure of how to do this then it is sometimes best just to be there for them on their journey to acceptance.

Now this is where I need your input, being able to assist someone in their time of despair is truly a wonderful thing but each of us has their own way which they feel is most effective to be able to do this. I would just like to know, what do you feel is the most effective way to be able to be assistance to someone in despair and how well has it worked for you in your experiences?

Eating Out but Staying Healthy

Why is it that most of us are under the impression that eating out at a restaurant or a fast food place is automatically unhealthy for us? The truth of the matter is that there is no reason for this to be so. Nowadays many people are becoming more and more health conscious, which is a good thing, but they allow this to determine where they eat, which is a bad thing.

Now this may sound like madness but if you take the time to invest in yourself, in other words educate yourself as to how it is possible to enjoy the freedom to eat where you want and not feel guilty about it then you are automatically granting yourself more freedom and still enjoying the luxury of eating out without it having a negative impact on your health.

Here are a couple of pointers to help you to achieve this:
  • Starter surprise – Have you ever considered ordering a starter as your main course and if it is not enough, perhaps another? This way you do not feel obligated to eat a full portion meal and many times the starters are the most tasty items on the menu.

  • Speculating sauces – Always put a bit of thought into the type of sauce which you choose to go with your meal. Cream based sauces come with far more calories so why not choose something tomato or herb based instead. The same principle applies to soups.

  • Think fruit and vegetables – Instead of chips, why not opt for steamed vegetables when you can and you may want to opt for a fresh fruit salad if you are considering a dessert.

  • Look light - Many restaurants and chain groups are waking up to the need for what is known as a light menu due to the increased demand for healthier foods. Many of these establishments offer slimmer friendly food and once you have tried it you will realize that this part of the menu is just as, if not more, tasty than many of their other menu items.

  • Consider portion sizes – With the tendency of people wanting more for less, many of the restaurants have upsized their portions which subconsciously forces the man on the street to eat more so as not to waste. However, if you know that you will have actually eaten enough by the time you are halfway through your meal, why not ask for the other half of the meal to be placed in a take away container for you to take home with you?

  • Grilled is good – This rule applies at any restaurant but is ever more so applicable when it comes to the fast food outlets. When you are faced with the option of grilled or fried, opt for the grilled as it comes with far fewer calories and cholesterol. Chicken and fish are always good options here and at no taste sacrifice and they are lean on the protein count.

  • Diagnose your drinks – Far too often we are so busy watching our calorie intake when deciding what to eat that we completely forget to spare a thought about what we choose to drink. Soda drinks and alcoholic beverages can be just as jam packed with calories and other negative effects, a good choice here is to go with good old water and know that you are making the healthy choice.

  • Salad saviors – Most restaurants and many of the fast food outlets have taken to having the salad option on their menus nowadays and these portions are normally large enough to fill even serious hungry stomachs but when going for this option try to get your salad dressing served on the side, this way you are responsible for the amount you choose to use and the calories which you add to your meal. Try to stay away from the creamy dressings as they are full of calories.
There is no reason why one should not be able to enjoy the ambiance of eating out, so long as you apply the same eating habits as what you would should you be eating at home, the answer truly is simple, everything is open to you in life so long as you are willing to take responsibility for your own actions.

This is a principle which I promote very seriously, in fact it is part of both my Mentoring Program and Kaizen Wealth as it is applicable to every aspect of ones life and that is probably why it is such an intricate part of my life as a Wealth Creator.

Why don’t you share some of your tips, in the comment section bellow, on how to eat out and stay healthy with the rest of the wealth creators?

Knowing what ones life purpose is enables you to concentrate on things which bring happiness and well being into your life. Your life purpose is a very personal thing and therefore nobody else will be able to tell you what yours is, you need to discover it yourself so as to be able to use it to your advantage.

Knowing what ones life purpose is enables you to concentrate on things which bring happiness and well being into your life. Your life purpose is a very personal thing and therefore nobody else will be able to tell you what yours is, you need to discover it yourself so as to be able to use it to your advantage.

Far too many people allow their search for their life purpose to begin to have a negative impact on their lives as they allow this quest to become a stress in their lives. The truth be told, as soon as you stop letting your finding your life purpose be a task and see it as a journey, a journey which you enjoy and learn from then more often than not your life purpose will reveal itself there where it has always been which is right in front of you.

I will however give you seven bits of advice which might assist you on your journey to find your life purpose.

1.    Be driven by passion – If you are passionate about something then the chances are very good that this is a piece of the life purpose which you are looking for, so the things you are passionate about should get a great deal of your attention. By doing things which you are passionate about, one brings a sense of wellbeing and happiness into your life and this brings you closer to your life purpose.

2.    Surround yourself with inspiration – By being in the presence of those who inspire you, you are able to take a look at what they have done to realize their life purpose and are able to discuss it with them. This often gives you a bit of insight as to how you might find your own life purpose. This is a well known fact and actually the reason why I run my Wealth Creators Mentorship Program as I would like to share my methods of achieving wealth, in all seven areas of my life through which I have been able to find my life purpose, with my students.

3.    Put it on paper – When one writes things down about yourself, especially your feelings and emotions, and you do it honestly and purely for your self, it gives you the opportunity to at a later stage sit down and evaluate what you have written so as to look for clues as to your life purpose. More often than not one will come to certain realizations when you read these writings at a later stage which were not apparent to you at the time which you wrote them.

4.    Know what you are good at – As I say during my Wealth Creators Mentor Course, evaluate that which you feel you are good at, not necessarily the best at but what you are better at than most other people. By doing so you will end up with a list of things which might be able to be of assistance to you in finding your life purpose, and then give some attention to these items on the list as to how you might use them to improve your quality of life in all of the seven life areas which I talk about in the Kaizen Principle. By doing this you will be sure to rapidly come closer to revealing your own personal life purpose.

5.    Remember the good times – By simply taking the time to reminisce about the good times you have already had in life and by finding out what it actually was that made you so happy at that time, you will get vast insight into the things which make you truly happy and this is a sure pointer in the direction of your life purpose.

6.    Strengthen your own values – Here you will notice that I have said your own values’, the reason that I say this is because unless the values which you are living your life according to are your own, you will not be happy. Make the time to sit and write down a list of the values which you hold dear in order of importance and then begin to think of ways in which you will be able to strengthen those values within yourself. This truly is a big step in the direction of finding your life purpose.

7.    Change is good – This is one principle which I teach very actively in my Kaizen Wealth Program, as when there is change, it means we are learning and advancing. Both of these are essential for any individual on the journey to finding their life purpose. Many people choose to resist change as it automatically requires of them to leave their comfort zone. However if you never leave your comfort zone how on earth are you going to advance and learn the lessons necessary to be able to come out at your life purpose. It is for this reason that I say you should embrace change when it comes your way as then you are progressing.

If one follows these 7 basic steps then you will be bringing yourself closer to finding your life purpose and opening up corridors to all seven areas of your life which will help you to experience Kaizen Wealth which is gradual but continual improvement on all seven of these areas and which will help you to discover your life purpose and be able to reap the rewards in all areas of life for doing so.

I constantly find myself thinking about new ways by which one could help others or yourself to go even deeper into the realms of finding ones life purpose, perhaps if you have any suggestions, you could let me know.

This is the first official blog for Hannes Dreyer     and what an amazingly exciting place it is going to be! Please allow me to show you around and explain how the site will work and of what benefit it can be to you.

Here is a quick overview of the site so as to be able to help you find your way around.
As I said this is my first official blog and I plan to cram it full of information which will be able to have a very positive influence on the seven areas of your life which will be able to bring you into a life of wealth and abundance which you always dreamed of but never could quite figure out how to attain.
The seven areas which I am talking about would be those of vocational wealth, financial wealth, family wealth, social wealth, mental wealth, physical wealth and spiritual wealth.
Overall what I am talking about is what I like to call Kaizen Wealth.
But more about that later, please allow me to show you around.
How the page will work is actually very simple, on the right hand side you will see a list of categories, each of these categories will contain articles pertaining to that area. So for instance under family and home there will be articles pertaining to finding the balance between your career and personal life, in inspirational you will find articles regarding what motivates me and the way in which I use this motivation.
The mental section will be jam packed (in a couple of months time – because today we begin with a blank) with ideas on how to improve yourself mentally so as to be able to achieve your goals.
The personal and fun category will have all the stuff which I feel gives me personal abundance such as pictures of ways that my family and I have been able to experience an abundance of fun together by living the life of a Wealth Creator.
These categories will be updated round the clock so as to be able to add value for you and keep you up to date with my latest works and many years of information which I have managed to put together so as to be able to help those around me also be able to lead a life of abundance and happiness.
On the right hand side there is also a button which enables you to subscribe to my RSS feed which will keep you updated as to the happenings on the site and the updates which become available.
Then at the top of the screen you will see a menu item called Hannes Dreyer Group, this will link you to other amazing information such as that of Build-a-Web, which is a free course which will show you how to build a website with the greatest of ease and without costing you a fortune.
The Mentoring Course is also available there and in this course I take you on an amazing journey where I managed to make U$1,333,333.33 using less than U$133.33 to be able to achieve this goal, it truly is amazing.
By filling in the stay informed section of the sight you will be opting to get my newsletter which I will send out as often as I can which will normally be on the Friday of every week unless I have other obligations which need to be met.
If for any reason you would like to have a look at my portfolio, you will be able to do this by clicking on the Resume button at the top of the screen, here you will be able to have a glimpse at what I have done which has earned me the right to call myself a Wealth Creator.
I see great things ahead and a wealth of knowledge and insight which www.hannesdreyer.com will be able to offer, so I hope to see you around more often and that you will enjoy this site as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.
Please let me know what you like or dislike about the site, what else would you like to see or how can I help you more with this site?
I will appreciate your inputs.
