Why is it that we allow things to become so complicated when it comes to managing our employees? As a Wealth Creator, I believe in breaking things down into their simplest form in order to make running my businesses less time consuming but with maximum efficiency. It is for this reason that I developed a very easy but effective and time efficient system in order to manage my employees effectively. If you would like to learn this system, click on Continue Reading to watch a short video in which I will explain this easy system to you.

Awesome Concept!! I heard you mention this at one of the wealth creators weekends and immediatley started implementing this in my business. The person that is providing feedback to me on a daily basis feels that his position is repected more because i am inspecting it dialy, interested in his growth and am there to assist with anything that he is not able to handle.

One variable that i have added though, for point three "what do i need help with that i can ask the team to assist?", I have require that the employee provide three possible solutions to the problem. i find that it causes him to think and 80% of the time he would have come up with a suitable solution himself.

I like your idea of implementing a "pain" penalty for the employee if he skips a day!!

Hello Dr Dreyer, the video was absolutely great and informative. Do you by any chance have the video in hard copy. This is something I need to study and read several time and then to follow through with it continually.

Thanks you so much

Great video Hannes. I still follow your stuff, it's been a long time. But I'm still learning all the time.

Have a great day
