Would like to have a personal anlysis by Hanes of my current situation to select shortest route to becoming financially free. Is this vailable and at what cost. Currently doing advanced build-a-web course and want to do internat business course after that, so do not want to do property pro course now. My wife and I see property as our route to financial freedom so would love some help in this area.
Hi Hannes Ek het 'n eiendom wat ver onder gemiddeld presteer. Ek het al van hulle probeer verkoop maar sonder sukses. Daar is nog R600 000 uistaande en die eiendom wil nie eens verkoop teen daardie prys nie.Ons is 'n QuickSale opsie aangebied deur FNB. Worse case scenario gaan die eiendom verkoop vir 80% van sy waarde en ek gaan sit met ongeveer R100 000 skuld by FNB. Dit gaan my cashflow na die eiendom halveer as ek dit spry oor 20jaar, maar ek sien dit as 'n exit strategy. Andersins gaan ek kontant bloei vir nog ongeveer 6 jaar voordat dit gelykbreek as die rentekoers dieselfde bly.

i would like to thank for all your work and information you have provided. Sir i am worried about the way forward for me after i buy my Formula for Riches Book, because of financial constraints,will i be given training on how to apply the formula for riches even if i cannot be able to attend the workshops that you have , because they don,t come cheap and are not fro free pls advice.

You can be a student for 50 years but unless you do what I tell you to do you will stay POOR. Go and apply what you know. I'm not going to help you - you must learn to help yourself - this is why I give you the Formulas and systems to become a wealth creator. But YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF. I have experienced this first hand. About three years ago, I have read the book for the first time. I have read it now for the third time. Each time I learn something new.
Things only started to change when I changed my modus operandi of working with money, in line with the formula.
But there is no quick fix either!
I have started to take Responsibility by educating myself, and then by unlearning some of the consumerism behaviors and other bad habits, and learned how to think differently - Like a wealth creator.
I must also confess, going against the opinion of the masses, was not easy, as I had to explain to friends and family why I am doing what I was doing.
So we need to challenge our current beliefs about money which are keeping us poor - I am under the impression that the evidence of the result of our belief system are our bank accounts.
For most people it is not easy to change. For me the changes within myself accelerated when I did the 49 day kaizen-wealth.com personal challenge. It was not easy to keep up, but I did it.
Not long after this challenge I was able to get rid of my car debt, and I was back on the track of the Formula For Riches. A lot of positive things happened after that.

Hallo Hannes, I am a student of yours for almost 4 years and bought my first property using your Property Pro System and FFR in November 2008. It was a great learning experience and in October 2009 I bought an even better Property after doing the calculations you tought us. This last Property has an infinite return and I can't wait to find the next Property to purchase. It took almost 4 years to get to this stage in my life and like you taught me - if there is nothing to do (the calculations don't work) then you do nothing. Hi Hannes, do you have any articles on buying very undervalued properties that need serious TLC, renovating them and selling them on? I am particularly interested in the CGT and transfer costs that need to be taken into consideration when calculating the renovation and running costs(bond).
